The ex-couple also owns a five-bedroom estate and 4,000-square-foot mansion in Bridgehampton, Long Island. According to the actress's divorce petition, she was evicted from their rented apartment after Sarkozy failed to renew the lease.
He also allowed his ex-wife, Charlotte Bernard, their kids, and his mother to reside in their Bridgehampton home, which meant the star had to look for another place to stay.
The virtual court proceedings went well, and it seemed Olsen and Sarkozy ended on good terms. A screenshot of their meeting was posted by Manhattan state courts bureau chief Molly Crane-Newman.
After the divorce was finalized, Olsen was reportedly ready to move forward with her life and focus on her mental well-being. Certainly, the actress's fans are rooting for her to find love again.
