"There were genuinely mixed emotions and deep sorrow and shock there too."

As a result of the latest events, the palace has made a firm resolution. They have decided to set a private investigation into motion to look into the claims made against them.

THE SHOCKING CLAIMS

The couple made many controversial claims, including that there were worries about what skin color baby Archie might have. Markle also alleged that she suffered from suicidal thoughts due to her harrowing experience with the family.

Prince William still expressed his distress towards the couple's bombshell and controversial interview.

The two haven't been painted as completely innocent for all their claims, with an ex-advisor in the palace alleging that Markle bullied them. Harry also claimed that his brother and father are both, in a sense, imprisoned within the family.

ROYAL AND LOYAL

Following the allegations that these two family members were allegedly trapped in the royal family, Gayle King, Oprah's companion, said that Harry and William have since been in contact with each other. Expanding on the reconnection, King professed:

"The word I was given was that those conversations were not productive."

However, she continued, the brothers were both happy that some communication was beginning to form. Another source mourned the strained relationship between the two, stating that they could have done great things together.

THE PRINCESS FOR THE PEOPLE

Along with starting a dialogue, Wiliam and Harry have both made plans to attend their beloved mother Diana's memorial in July. Sources have revealed that both brothers have consented to put their differences aside for this important day.

This commemoration will include a statute of the "Princess for the People." Both brothers will be unveiling the statue when the time comes to honor their mother.

The relationship between the two siblings seems to be on the mend. However, Prince William still expressed his distress towards the couple's bombshell and controversial interview with Winfrey.

He appeared explicitly angered by Markle's decision to bring up the alleged situation regarding Kate Middleton. Although it was originally reported that Markle made Middleton cry, Markle claimed it was the other way around.
