AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE
In an interview with ET Online, Danielle revealed where she is at on her journey toward recovering and figuring out what lies behind the plethora of issues that she has been experiencing over the last few months. The mother said:
"I'm looking at a possible autoimmune disease, and sometimes that's just not easily defined. I'm just kind of having to go through a lot of the same processes over again."
Amongst the symptoms that Danielle has been experiencing are migraines, numbness, a tingling sensation, and digestive problems, which have led her to seek a diagnosis for her unexplainable sickness.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
The quintuplet's mother has been zoning into how she is fueling her body. Inflammation seems to be one of the key problems that the reality star is trying to get under control in an attempt to curb the effect of the disease on her body.

Danielle has been working to improve her overall health by watching what she eats so that she aids her body's healing process and does not hinder it. Although the family has always prioritized a healthy lifestyle, it is more important than ever.
FINDING ANSWERS
Regardless of the family now searching within the autoimmune disease spectrum for answers, there is still plenty of uncertainty that is surrounding the 37-year-old's diagnosis, which is a difficult reality to face.
Adam has been through the entire process next to his wife, acting as an important support system for her. Danielle is trying to get her body to where it was as she plays a key role in maintaining her family's wellbeing. She said:
"Because when I'm down, I feel like I'm letting the family down and that's kind of a hard thing — I am a mom of six and a wife and I love all that."
THE SMALL THINGS
The smallest tasks, such as walking up the stairs, have become a magnanimous task for the 37-year-old, who is usually very fit and active. This results in disappointment and frustration as the realization of illness sets in.
At the moment, all the doctors are advising the mom of six to spend time resting and slowing down the hectic pace of her life to ensure that her body has a chance to recuperate and recover from the stress that it has been under.
