Ree Drummond's Daughter Alex Celebrates Bridal Shower with Her Family & Friends — See Photos

Ree Drummond’s daughter Alex Drummond enjoyed a lovely and elegant bridal shower with her family and close friends. The soon-to-be bride looked radiant and shared photos from the celebration.

It is almost time for the wedding bells to ring for Ree Drummond’s daughter Alex Drummond and her fiancé Mauricio Scott. However, before the big day, Alex chose to have a fun bridal shower with her girls.

Earlier this week, the soon-to-be bride took to Instagram to share photos from the lovely bash. The 23-year-old stunned in a simple vintage white dress with puffy sleeves and a bow belt at the back.

The cute outfit featured a low neck and a flared skirt end. She styled her blonde hair with loose waves and accessorized it with a pair of dangling earrings while keeping her makeup to a minimum. Alex wrote in the caption:

“This weekend, I also was thrown the sweetest and most lovely bridal shower. So grateful to be surrounded by so many strong, beautiful, loving women…”

The elegant shower featured an elaborate balloon arch decoration consisting of pink, yellow and white balloons. There were also large flower pinnings against a green background where the bride and her girls took photos.

Last month, [Mama Ree] got emotional when she discussed how Alex picked the perfect dress for the big day.

Proud mother Ree gave more details about the shower on her blog, The Pioneer Woman. The television personality noted that they initially planned to have an outdoor shower, but the recent rains disrupted their plans.

The shower was organized by Alex’s aunty Missy and her daughter Halle alongside Ree’s BFF Meg and a family friend Haley. It featured a mimosa bar and a table setting, with each seat given a bottle of complimentary mini champagne.

Alex and Scott got engaged in August 2020 and, in December, shared that they were walking down the aisle on May 1, 2021. In an Instagram Live session with Ree, Alex shared that they had settled on a venue.

Mama Ree revealed that they scouted for several venues around Tulsa before settling for an outdoor ceremony on the family’s ranch in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. The soon-to-be-married duo has also picked a band to play on their big day.

Last month, the celebrity chef got emotional when she discussed how Alex picked the perfect dress for the big day. The Food Network recalled that it felt like movies when the mother tears upon seeing her daughter in her gown.
