Michael Jordan's Daughter Poses with Her Son in Photos from His 2nd B-Day Party on Mother's Day

Michael Jordan's daughter, Jasmine, commemorated Mother's Day with her son Rakeem. She also received a sweet tribute from her son's father, Rakeem Christmas, who plays basketball for the Yulon Luxgen Dinos.

Michael Jordan's eldest daughter, Jasmine Mickael Jordan, is the doting mother to a beautiful boy named Rakeem Michael Christmas, who she shares with Super Basketball League player Rakeem Christmas.

On Mother's Day, Jasmine, like many other moms, took to Instagram to commemorate the day with a heartfelt post dedicated to her son. She also received a sweet tribute from her fiancé and son's father, Christmas.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

Jasmine celebrated her motherhood by sharing two photos of herself and her son. In the first snap, she was pictured holding her baby boy against her chest, his face looking away from the camera.

The second photo also showed off the mother-son bond between Jasmine and Rakeem, with the pair facing away from the camera, although the 28-year-old could be seen kissing her son on the cheek. The post was captioned:

"My Heart in Human Form. Thank You for picking Me to be Your Mother."

Jasmine's fiancé, Christmas, also shared similar photos taken at Rakeem's second birthday on his own Instagram page as he wished the NBA icon's daughter a happy Mother's Day.

Christmas' posts showed a different angle of the birthday photos, which featured Jasmine's loving smile as she held her son while wearing a fun printed T-shirt from Rakeem's birthday.

FROM FRIENDS TO LOVERS

Jasmine and Christmas welcomed their son on May 4, 2019, just under a year after they announced their engagement. Christmas proposed to Jasmine in June 2018.

Although the pair both attended Syracuse University where Christmas played basketball, their love story truly began after graduation. The former NBA player was Jasmine's first friend in college but only realized he had feelings for her after college.

FIRST-TIME GRANDFATHER

The birth of Jasmine and Christmas' son further solidified their relationship as they started their family of three. Rakeem's birth also marked a great moment for Jasmine's father, Jordan, who became a grandfather for the first time.

Jordan, a six-time NBA championship-winner known for his tough, go-getter mentality on the court, was completely smitten over his grandson who brought out his softer side.

JORDAN'S FAMILY TREE

While Jordan is a first-time grandfather, he already has experience with kids as a father-of-five. The sports star has identical twin daughters Victoria and Ysabel with his current wife, Yvette Prieto, while he shares his older kids with his first wife.

The former Chicago Bulls player was married to Juanita Vanoy for 17 years between 1989 and 2006. Together they welcomed three children, sons Jeffrey and Marcus, and daughter, Jasmine.
