Dylan Dreyer Is a Mother of Two Sons – Meet Both of Them

Dylan Dreyer is the proud mother of two soon-to-be three children. Get to know the adorable children below.

“Today” meteorologist Dylan Dreyer and her husband Brian Fichera announced they are expecting their third son this week, during a May 11 episode of the "Today" show.

The couple has been married since 2012. They met while working on the WHDH television station in Boston. Dreyer and Fichera have two adorable sons, Calvin Bradley Fichera and Oliver George Fichera.

CALVIN BRADLY FICHERA

Calvin is Dreyer and Fichera’s oldest son. They welcomed him on December 17, 2016, four years after they tied the knot. His mother opened about her birthing experience on an episode of Today and said:

"I pushed for about three hours, and he was a big guy and he didn’t quite fit, so he got stuck.We ended up doing a c-section anyway."

Calvin joins his mom on her TV show in a segment called “Cooking with Cal.” In fact, he featured in her pregnancy announcement video. The two made cinnamon buns for the segment.

OLIVER GEORGE FICHERA

The couple’s second child is Oliver or Ollie, as his parents call him. He was born on January 2, 2020. Dreyer loves sharing photos of her one-year-old and recently posted about his first haircut:

"First haircut!!! It killed me to cut his curls but his long hair was driving him nuts. Locket of hair is saved to creep out his future girlfriend!"

Oliver is the couple’s rainbow baby. Dreyer revealed in April 2019 that she had suffered a miscarriage before the family welcomed the adorable little Ollie.

EXPANDING THE FAMILY

Oliver and Calvin are set to be big brothers soon, as their parents expect their third son in November. The news was announced while Calvin and his mother were baking cinnamon buns.

Fichera shared his pregnancy announcement on Instagram. He said a few screenshots from “Cooking with Cal” and circled a sonogram pictured that was visible in each shot.

Dreyer shared her excitement for the baby as she said that it would be fun to add another boy.

He wrote that the pregnancy was the worst kept secret as the couple had mistakenly left the sonogram in a few recordings of the cooking segment over the last two months.

The oldest screenshot was from a segment from April 6, in which Dryer and Calvin made cream cheese cupcakes with cherries. Luckily no viewers seemed to have noticed the sonogram.

Dreyer shared her excitement for the baby as she said that it would be fun to add another boy into the family’s mix, and this way, she would not have to buy new toys.

Dreyer regularly shares glimpses into her personal life on her Instagram as she posts adorable photos of her two sons. Hopefully, she will continue when the boys' sibling is born.
