Sensational and decorated gymnast Simone Biles put her toned muscles and belly piercing on display in a new magazine cover shoot for Health Magazine.
Being in shape and having toned muscles is not something everyone can boast of, which is why from time to time, those who have it cannot help but show it off.
Decorated and world celebrated gymnast Simone Biles recently put her toned muscles and belly piercing on display for the cover of Health Magazine as seen on her Instagram account.
The 24-year-old made a series of posts that showed her rocking different outfits that flaunted her arm and leg muscles and her abs.
The first post was the actual cover of the magazine that showed Biles in mid-air with one leg stretched to the back and the other curved at her back.
She had on a huge grin with her arms spread out by her side. Her long black hair was also in motion fanning the sides of her face while she looked delectable in an orange tank top, black shorts, and multicolored jacket.
The second image in the first post showed her sitting on the floor with one leg curled beneath her body while her hands supported her on the ground. For this pose, she had a fierce look that paid credence to her lightly made-up face.
For the second post, Biles shared a single picture that showed her with her hands on her head as she looked away from the camera with a bright smile.
Biles wore a blue and white patterned crop top and bottoms. Her posture made the silver ring on her belly button visible. Similarly, the studio in charge of taking the pictures posted it on its account and used the medium to pay credence to Biles. The caption of the post said:
“Simone Biles, Health Magazine 2021. She is such an incredible woman to work with!”
She revealed that every Friday, she has a check-in with her athletic doctor, and there was a time she visited a psychologist once every two weeks to make her more comfortable and less anxious. To her, her mental health is as important as her physical health.
Despite having struggled with body positivity for a while, especially during her younger years when she was bullied, she is now full of positivity and has come to accept herself and her body.
