DOTING FANS

While the influx of tweets sending happy birthday messages to the Duke of Cambridge showcases his popularity among the younger generation, the second-in-line to the throne also makes time for his older fans.

Prince William recently visited 96-year-old Betty Mage who has always admired him. The royal sat down with Mage and her granddaughter while visiting Queen’s Bay Lodge residential care home. After the visit, Mage noted:

“He’s a bit of alright. I liked him...He can be my king any day.”
