'American Idol' Judge Lionel Richie Enjoys Vacation with His 2 Daughters & Younger Girlfriend in New Summer Photos

Musician Lionel Richie recently celebrated his 72nd birthday. The star looked age-defying in a series of pictures he shared on Instagram yesterday.

American singer and television personality Lionel Richie recently turned 72 and is enjoying his age-defying looks. The Grammy Award-winning singer recently showed how strong and healthy he is.

Taking to Instagram, Richie shared a series of snapshots that featured him and his family sharing amazing moments in Greece. The post was accompanied by a caption that read: "Making Memories...💙🌎."

The first slide showcased the 72-year-old looking dapper in a short-sleeved white T-shirt which he donned over black pants. Richie finished off his look with a pair of black and white sneakers and accessorized with a necklace.

Another picture saw the father-of-three posing with his girlfriend Lisa Parigi who looked gorgeous and elegant in a white and blue-patterned top paired with white pants.

Richie looked quite the catch while standing gallantly beside his woman. He topped off his look with a pair of glasses. He and his girlfriend wore face masks and looked like the perfect couple.

In one of the photos, Richie posed with his son near the seaside. The star was clad in an all-white outfit and gave an endearing smile to the camera while holding on to a glass of wine. It was a lovely sight.

Harvey was arrested for allegedly hitting Richie and his girlfriend.

Other images showed happy moments members of the family experienced during the vacation. Lots of color, smile, and poise were evident as nothing short of joy radiated.

Moments after the post was shared, Instagram lovers of the "American Idol" judge did not hesitate in dropping words of admiration in the comments section. Richie's daughter also wrote:

"I love you pops."

Having family around during special occasions is one of the best feelings, but for Richie, it is everything. The singer is a doting dad to three lovely children — Nicole, Miles Brockman, and Sofia.

He shares Miles and Sofia with his ex-wife, Diane Alexander, whom he divorced after nine years of marital bliss. Nicole was adopted by Richie and his first wife, Brenda Harvey, when she was nine.

Richie and Harvey tied the knot in 1975 and got divorced in 1993 after the former began a relationship with Alexander. In 1988, Harvey was arrested for allegedly hitting Richie and his girlfriend after she caught them together in Beverly Hills.

After two failed marriages, the 72-year-old found love in the arms of his much younger girlfriend, Parigi. The duo has been in a relationship since 2014. Despite an age difference of forty years, the lovebirds keep waxing stronger every day.
