Video Shows Awkward Moment a Bride Is Called by Groom's Ex-girlfriend's Name

A photographer was in the middle of taking wedding photos when she accidentally called the bride the wrong name, which happened to be the groom's ex-girlfriend's name.

A wedding photographer's job is to capture the picture-perfect moments of the bride and groom's day, but this photographer made the wedded couple's photos all the more memorable.

A video showing a photographer taking photos of a bride and groom with their bridal parties went viral after the lady behind the lens accidentally called the bride the wrong name, which also happened to be the groom's ex-girlfriend's name.

BIG MISTAKE

The footage captured the beautiful couple posing with the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and the photographer can be heard giving instructions about how they should stand and move.

As the groom stood and watched her make the journey toward him, he couldn't resist taking out his phone to check his notifications.

The photographer called out to the bride and groom saying, "Corrie and Taylor, look at each other," and at that moment, the bride looks at her husband in disbelief, clearly very uncomfortable because the photographer had called her the wrong name.

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

The bride is evidently uncomfortable as she looks at the groom and starts laughing along with a few of the groomsmen. Eventually, the bride explains that the name was actually one of the groom's ex-girlfriends.

The wedding party laughs the incident off and continues taking the gorgeous pictures, but unfortunately, the photographer repeats her mistake and calls the bride by the wrong name again.

CALL THEM THE COUPLE

After the mistake is repeated for the second time, the wedding party realizes that the photographer is struggling to get the bride's name right, and a groomsman shares an easy solution to the problem. He says:

"Just say 'the couple'."

The video was posted on TikTok and has since gone viral with more than 4.2 million views and more than 800,000 likes. Evidently, the viewers were just as shocked by the incident as the bride and groom were.

AWKWARD MOMENT

This bride isn't the only one who had to deal with an awkward moment on her big day. One bride was standing at the aisle holding hands with her soon-to-be husband when the wind had plans with her veil.

The wind snatched up her veil and pulled it out of her hair, leaving them to watch it fly away with her hair in disarray as she stood helplessly. The couple and guests had to compose themselves and continue with the ceremony sans-veil.

Another bride had an interesting experience as she walked down the aisle. As the groom stood and watched her make the journey toward him, he couldn't resist taking out his phone to check his notifications.
