MEET THE MOTHER-DAUGHTER PAIR

Shai is Bow Wow's only daughter, whom he welcomed with his former partner Joie Chavis. The little girl arrived in April 2011, during her parent's 7-year long relationship.

At ten, Shai has an impressive online presence, with over 280 thousand Instagram followers. According to her bio, the youngster is gearing towards a career in showbiz and has been signed to A3 Artist Theatrical Agency in addition to her modeling ventures.

DANCING IN THE MOMENT

Besides being a young model and a budding actress, Shai has other talents up her sleeves, like her dancing antics which have been winning hearts for years.

The little girl showed off those skills in her mom's new video. The clip featured a choreographed dance routine performed by the two stunning beauties.

It commenced with Chavis moving to the background beat before her daughter smoothly joined in and adopted the same steps, in a cooler way, proving herself as a talented dancer at a young age. Chavis admitted defeat in the caption, which read:

"My baby always out-do me effortlessly."

Aside from her moves, the youngster seemed to outdo her mom in her choice outfit, opting for a white top and a camo hat worn over her long flowing curls. She accessorized the outfit with a double-layered silver necklace and a cool sunshade.

Chavis also looked stunning in a custom white crop top and figure-hugging denim shorts secured at the waist with a tiny red belt. She paired the outfit with a pair of hoops and massive glasses. Her thigh-length braids caressed her curves as she moved in sync with the music.

Despite her clarification, it appears "Growing Up Hip Hop" fans would rather have them as more than just friends.

BOW WOW'S THOUGHT ON FATHERHOOD

The rap icon has been open about fatherhood and how it has impacted him. But, sharing a clip of his daughter recreating a dance move from his music video "Let Me Hold You," seemingly left him unimpressed.

Taking to his caption, the star dished on what fatherhood meant to him. He explained the joys of having kids and how beautiful to watch them follow in one's footsteps or inherit some unique traits. The experience has kept him on his toes since welcoming Shai in an effort to become the best father to her.

BOW WOW'S GROWING FAMILY

The 34-year-old became a second-time father in 2020, following the birth of his son with Instagram model Olivia Sky. The rapper announced the arrival of his second child in September, a month after the first photos of the newborn surfaced on Sky's Instagram.

Despite sharing a kid, Bow Wow and Sky do not appear to be in a relationship. In May 2021, the model took to social media to admit the rapper was making parenting difficult for her despite her efforts to stay out of his way.

Aside from his two baby mamas, the television presenter has also been linked to his "Growing Up Hip Hop" co-star Angela Simmons. Following incessant rumors of a supposed love triangle between Bow Wow, the actress, and Romeo Miller.

Simmons addressed the speculations in early 2020, saying she and the father-of-two were just friends who have known each other since their teens.

Despite her clarification, it appears "Growing Up Hip Hop" fans would rather have them as more than just friends, given their deep connection.
