Carmelo Anthony's wife La La Anthony and their 14-year-old son attend a fashion show, and photos from the event show that the young man is growing up fast, as his mom looks shorter standing next to him.

For the socialite, model, and Instagram maven La La Anthony, nothing beats bonding with her teenage son, whom she shares with Carmelo Anthony, a basketball star.

The parents are currently separated after spending eleven years of marriage. However, being committed to their son takes the number one spot on their list.

Recently, La La selected her son to be her date for a fashion show, and the pair worked magic with their fashionable outfits. Mother and son dressed in casual and stylish threads.

For the event, the mother of one opted for a sea blue ruched high-waist skirt, that created a mermaid illusion, and a body-hugging sleeves top. She added fur slides and a good chain purse.

Kiyan matched his mom's sweet appearance by rocking a simple "Garden of Eden" round-neck shirt on black pants but added a hard-to-miss ankle kick.

The pair had their hairs done; La La wore a red-haired ponytail and her son wore braids. In one of the shared photos, they stood side-by-side, showing fans their height differences, with the model looking shorter. Via the accompanying caption, the mother of one quipped:

"He still acts like he doesn't want to take any pictures with me...we had so much fun."

THE DYNAMIC DUO

Both La La and Carmelo tops the list as one of the industry's power couple. Although they have had a few bumps throughout their marriage, separated for some time, even sparked news of divorce, but eventually worked things out.

This dynamic duo has known each other for several years. They announced their engagement in 2004, welcomed their son in 2007, but cemented their bond three years later, at the altar.

In 2017, they separated, following claims of infidelity on Carmelo's part, still, they tried to work things out, and surprised everyone after they announced they had reconciled a few months later.

News of their breakup recently reached the media, again. But neither of them have commented on the state of things; what is clear, however, is their love for their son.

They have both aired their desire to make Kiyan have a happy home. Following their separation, the couple has been co-parenting amicably, and they use their social media platforms to celebrate and express their admiration for one another.

Neither party has been publicly involved with another person. In 2020 when rumors of La La's alleged relationship made the news after paparazzi pictured her with actor, Yahya Abdul Mateen, she corrected the media that they are friends.
