Sylvester Stallone's career-defining role in "Rocky" might have portrayed him as a Philadelphian native, but in reality, the prolific actor was born in Hell's Kitchen, NYC. He currently lives in Southern California with his family – inside the actor's $85 million luxury home.

Sylvester Stallone is famous for playing Rocky Balboa in "Rocky." In the movie, he began life as a small-time boxer before gaining prominence. He is met with many obstacles, but his ability to overcome and put up a brave face makes his character loveable.

In real life, Stallone has been through a series of ordeals, including struggling to become an actor to getting married, welcoming kids, and juggling fame alongside his duties on the home front.

The famous actor has triumphed through it all. Amid his excellent career and establishing a legacy, he enjoys spending time with his extraordinary family, including his longtime love and kids, in their luxury Beverly Hills home.

STALLONE'S BEVERLY HILLS MANSION

The Beverly Hills mansion may look fabulous with impressive modern fittings, but it was built in 1994 by Edward Granzbach.

However, it was designed by Richard Landry, the skillful architect known for his remarkable designs. The "Rocky" star enlisted the help of Landry to enlarge his home and enhance its beauty by giving it a contemporary profile.

This piece of luxury has been home to the Stallone family for many years, and earlier in the year, it hit the market for $110 million. The celebrity's mansion was listed with luxury real estate luminaries Rick Hilton, Jeff Hyland, Barron N. Hilton, and Tessa Hilton of Hilton & Hyland.

A YouTube clip has been uploaded to showcase the eminence of the mansion and all its other striking features, from the glass-framed doors to two-story entry that charts into the living room.

An outdoor tour of the property displays a meticulously kept lawn stretching from the base of the entrance to the building. A few trees also feature, like the one with scanty sprouts next to the door, and another with bold branches, further down.

It also has a well-structured park-themed surrounding with a zero-edge swimming pool and spa that gives a luxury getaway feel. In addition, this incredible landscape features what looks like a showroom for automobiles—an air-conditioned 8-car garage with an art studio.

The property spreads on 3.5 acres within North Beverly Park, a notable gated community with other knockout mansions owned by the creme de la creme of the society.

Other property owners around the area include NBA legend Magic Johnson, movie stars Denzel Washington, Mark Whalberg, and the deceased media mogul Sumner Residence.

THE INTRICACIES OF THE BUILDING

A glance at the inside gives the onlookers a picture-perfect definition of a mini castle. The home cups a wide and spacious environment for any occasion.

It possesses a grandmaster chef's kitchen with suitable facilities installed, a formal room, a professional-grade theatre, and a fully equipped gym. Stallone also has a cigar room, customized with an air filtration system and an exquisite bar room.

A few steps from this area lead to the memorabilia room with a man-size statue of Rocky Balboa and other action figures, trophies, and memorabilia from the "Rocky" and "Rambo" franchises.

The main building features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, including a primary suite pampered with a sauna, steam room, an office, and terrace that overlooks the outer part of the home.

DOES STALLONE STILL LIVE IN THE "FOR SALE" HOME?

The answer is no! Stallone dropped the price from $110 to $85 and is ready to sell the property where his family lived for decades. Instead, the actor and his wife are set to make new memories in their new home in Florida.

A year ago, the onscreen star bought a $35.375 million house in Palm Beach, Florida. The new purchase is a bit smaller than his Beverly Hills mansion. But, unlike the Californian home, this features seven bedrooms, ten full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms.

HOW THE BIG HAPPY BUNCH ENJOYS FAMILY LIFE

Many know Stallone as the big, no-nonsense guy onscreen, but he is also a happy family man who enjoys life with his wife and kids. The actor had five kids from different marriages.

The first woman he tied the knot with was a photographer and director named Sasha Czack. The couple divorced in 1985 and were heavily involved in co-parenting their sons, Sage and Seargeoh.

Shortly after the divorce, he married Brigitte Nelson, a model. They were together for two years before going their separate ways.

Stallone retained his single status for some time, and it was not until he met Jennifer Flavin, an entrepreneur, that he considered becoming a married man again.

This decision has blessed him with a supportive spouse and a happy home, including three adorable girls, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet. The sisters inherited their dad's acting genes and are already set on an incredible path.

Their older brother Seargeoh is also making the family proud. But, unfortunately, Sage, an upcoming filmmaker, died in 2012 from atherosclerosis.

Sage's death was tragic, and the entire family felt the heavy blow. During the grieving stage, the actor begged the public for privacy. He issued a statement asking people to respect the memory of his firstborn and let the soul of the deceased rest in peace.

ALL ABOUT SYLVESTER STALLONE'S KIDS

As explained earlier, Sage is the first child who watched his dad closely and seemed thrilled enough to model after the living legend. As a result, the young man appeared in some productions alongside his dad.

Seargeoh was born in 1979 and was diagnosed with autism from a tender age. The young man shields himself from the public view, so his business and lifestyle are not regular media topics.

Sophia is a businesswoman who plans on making her makeup and fashion line global. She has also starred as a guest judge on "Project Runway" and co-hosts the "Unwaxed" podcast with her sister, Sistine.

Apart from hosting the podcast, Sistine is a model and loves to post online. Her younger sister, Scarlet, also enjoys modeling and is an actress who starred in 2014's "Reach Me."
