DWINDLING RELATIONSHIPS

Prince Harry's relationship with his father, Prince Charles, is at an "all-time low," with reports that both have not spoken in months after Harry and his wife Meghan left their royal duties and moved to California.

Prince Charles has also not seen his granddaughter Lilibet since her birth. Nevertheless, their relationship has not always been bad. Harry once praised his father for how he looked after him and his brother Prince William after their mother's death.

Harry had also affectionately called his father "Pa'' on a radio program, where he revealed how valuable Prince Charles' opinion is to him.

Prince Charles also walked Meghan halfway down the aisle at Harry's request during their wedding after it was revealed Meghan's father Thomas would not be attending.

Sadly, their relationship deteriorated after the release of Harry and Megan's interview with Oprah Winfrey, where Harry accused Prince Charles of cutting him off financially and that he was disappointed in his father.

He explained Prince Charles wanted him to suffer as he had and was handed down a cycle of genetic pain and suffering.

Several months after he left with Meghan, Harry, on his trip back to the UK to unveil his late mother, Princess Diana's statue, did not see his father.

Harry is also apparently set to release a memoir that contains information about his relationship with his father, Prince Charles. It could prove to be more damaging to their relationship.

Prince Charles has been silent about his relationship with Harry, but the 73-year-old reportedly adores his son and will feel devastated by this.

Harry and Meghan, with their two children, Archie and Lilibet, would not join the royal family to celebrate Christmas in the UK.

However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, together with their kids, are expected to be back in Buckingham Palace in 2022 to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
