Sam Asghari Reveals He Auditioned For "Sex And The City" Reboot

“Sex and The City”’s reboot has had fans and critics alike excited at the prospect of seeing the leading ladies in their fifties tackling their lives and issues.

However, one fellow star was so excited that he auditioned for a role in “And Just Like That…” but ended up not being on the show after all.

Sam Asghari, Britney Spears’ fiancé, has said that he auditioned for a role in the show after saying that he was a fan of the franchise and was excited about the prospect of joining the cast.

The reboot has hinted at many new characters being introduced as well as many familiar faces gracing the screen once again. Asghari auditioned to be one of the new faces on the show.

The role that he auditioned for was that of a physical therapist who works with Carrie Bradshaw. While Asghari did not get the role, he wished the actor who did well saying that it was a “dope role.”

The reboot has been met with mixed reviews; however, most fans of the original are enjoying the new series.
