Kelli Giddish is most known as Amanda Rollins on "Law and Order: SVU." Her oldest son, Ludo, whom she shares with her ex-husband, is also known for his role on the show.
"Law and Order" actress Kelli Giddish keeps a lot of her personal life behind doors, particularly details of her previous marriage, her divorce, and her recent engagement.
In 2015, NBC showrunner Warren Leight revealed Kelli and her husband, Lawrence Faulborn, were pregnant with their first child after her costar Ice T shared he and his wife Coco Austin were expecting a little one.

At the time, Leight took to Twitter and congratulated the two costars on their baby news and joked the "SVU" was the most fertile show on the air. The showrunner's tweet read:
"@FINALLEVEL and @cocosworld having a baby. @TheKelliGiddish and L Faulborn having a baby. #SVU -- most fertile show on Earth. Congrats all!!"
While reporting the baby news, US Magazine also revealed that Faulborn and Giddish had married on June 20, 2015, in an intimate ceremony with only 12 guests in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
Then in October 2015, Faulborn and Giddish became parents to their son, Ludo. Two years later, Giddish herself announced she was expecting her second child with Faulborn while at Tribeca TV Festival in New York.
Giddish and Faulborn welcomed their second son, Charlie Ralph, a few months later. At the time, Faulborn posted a since-deleted photo of a baby foot and used the hashtag #TheFamilyJustGotTwoFeetBigger.
Fans speculated that Giddish was expecting her second baby after her costar Mariska Hargitay shared a photo of her growing baby bump. Besides documenting Giddish's pregnancy journey, the "Law and Order" star also gave Giddish advice as she explained:
"Mariska's given me advice and I sit and take it because, you know, she's got a great family and she [creates] a great family for us at SVU."
Although Hargitay might have helped Giddish with a few words of wisdom, Giddish also helped her costar Ice T and his wife Coco Austin transition into parenthood.
Giddish gave birth to her first son several weeks before Austin, so the expecting mother got a chance to practice her mothering skills when she met Ludo before welcoming her daughter, Chanel.
Ludo has also been helpful in another way. He appeared in "Law and Order" as Amanda Rollins's child. However, instead of Rollins' son, he portrayed her daughter.
Giddish was apprehension about Ludo joining the cast. However, through conversation with her mother and husband, she realized that Ludo might relish that he was on a TV show at such a young age.
Although the "Chase" actress has shared a few glimpses of her sons online, she has kept another aspect of her life relatively private from her fans and the public. That is her marriage and romantic relationships.
In November 2021, Giddish revealed that she and Faulborn had divorced. More surprisingly, she was engaged to someone else. However, she declined to give more insight into the mystery person while sharing her excitement for the upcoming nuptials.
