'Law & Order: SVU' Star Kelli Giddish Recently Divorced Lawrence Faulborn — She Is Already Engaged Again

Actress Kelli Giddish who plays Detective Amanda Rollins in the police procedural and legal drama television series "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," is engaged!

Kelli Giddish plays alongside Peter Scanavino, Ice-T, and Mariska Hargitay and has been on the show since the 13th season, which premiered in September 2011.

Fans also recognize the actress from roles in "Divergent," "Death In Love," and in the crime dramas "Chase," "Past Life," and on Fox's "All My Children."

Despite being in the limelight for years, Giddish has mastered the art of keeping her life private and only letting her fans in on the aspects of her life that she wants them to know.

However, fans were still shocked after she revealed that she'd gotten divorced and was engaged again despite knowing her inclination to privacy.

A GORGEOUS BEACH WEDDING

The actress married Lawrence Faulborn on June 20, 2015, in an intimate ceremony in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. According to the planners, Paradise Beach Weddings, the ceremony was gorgeous and had 12 guests.

Giddish wore a short-sleeved V-neck gown for the rustic beachfront ceremony and accentuated the look with a bouquet of bright yellow flowers, wedge espadrilles, and a crown.

Her groom looked stunning in a casual white linen shirt, blue slacks, and flip-flops. Shortly after they walked down the aisle, she announced that she was expecting a child.

Giddish disclosed that her husband was not in the entertainment industry during a sit-down with Smashing Interviews Magazine. She says that the decision to marry outside her industry was on purpose.

She also dropped the bomb that she was recently divorced. To the dismay of fans, the actress also shared that she is engaged but in a bid to keep her life a secret, Giddish withheld any information about her engagement or her mystery man.

THEY ARE PARENTS OF TWO

The actress and her ex-husband's marriage may have fallen apart, but the two are proud parents of two children. The couple welcomed their first child, son Ludo, only months after they walked down the aisle.

They welcomed their second baby, Charlie, in 2018. The proud dad shared sneak peeks of their new bundle of joy's toes on social media.

Giddish says while her eldest knows she plays a cop on TV, he knows nothing more about her career. However, she says her children have already met their mother's "Law & Order" TV family.
