Carson Daly & Siri Pinter Started with a Secretive Office Affair ⁠— They Wed after 10 Years & 3 Kids

TV star Carson Daly and his wife, Siri Pinter, have been happily married for a few years now, but their love started way back in the early 2000s.

"The Voice" anchor Carson Daly will cherish and never forget the first day he set eyes on his wife, Siri Pinter. It had been at the office where Siri worked as a writing assistant.

In an interview with Jenna Bush Hager, Carson stated that he had been smitten right from the start. The duo has been married since 2015, but they were together for years before walking down the aisle. Here's a look through their love story.

WHO IS SIRI PINTER?

Siri Pinter is a famous food blogger who started as a writing assistant. She grew up in the Hollywood sphere with her dad, Mark Pinter. Mark is an actor known for his roles in "The Young & Restless" and "General Hospital."

While Siri gained fame for her blog "Siriously Delicious" and made a name for herself with a cookbook of the same title, she has a successful TV career. Under her food expertise, Siri is a food correspondent on Today.

She has also had experience working behind the scenes on shows including "Frasier," "Committed," "Nobody's Watching," and "Last Comic Standing."

Speaking on his show, Carson recalled that their families were visiting and had no idea they would be attending a wedding.

A SECRET ROMANCE

Carson and Siri met on the set of his show, "Last Call With Carson Daly," and although their connection was instant, the pair were not eager to flaunt their romance in public. Carson and his wife kept their affair a secret.

The couple initially termed their love as an office romance; therefore, they preferred to keep it hush-hush. Finally, however, the pair realized it was more than butterflies in their bellies but full-blown love and affection.

Carson explained to Bush Hager that he and Siri had been cautious about expressing their love for each other at the workplace. So they would usually keep it professional at the office and then meet at his favorite bar after work.

Carson considered himself very lucky to have met his wife. He recalled falling in love in a work environment and being scared to show it. However, once the initial challenge wore off, he had Siri become "legit."

THEY HAD A LONG COURTSHIP PERIOD

Even after realizing how deep their love for each other ran, Siri and her man were not in a rush to tie the knot. They were together for ten years before wedding bells were heard.

Once, in an interview with Elle, Carson was asked if he felt the pressure to get married. At the time, he and Siri already had children.

He shared that there was no pressure, and for them, "long-lasting healthy relationships" were more important than the "idea of marriage."

He stated that the root of every successful marriage lay in a strong partnership, and he and Siri achieved that without tying the knot. However, at another time, the TV host stated that he and his partner would become man and wife when the time came.

He compared the husband and wife titles as "just the bow around something, " adding that he and Siri wanted to be together forever. In 2013, Carson and Siri were in the news because they got engaged.

The Today correspondent got down on one knee in the fall of 2013, and during summer, their third child was born. Despite their engagement, the couple kept debunking wedding rumors.

WEDDING BELLS

While Carson and Siri had to fend off several wedding rumors following their 2013 engagement, they surprisingly walked down the aisle two years later.

The two celebrated their love and sealed it forever in a small ceremony. The wedding was a surprise to fans and the couple's parents.

Speaking on his show, Carson recalled that their families were visiting and had no idea they would be attending a wedding.

Despite keeping their wedding news away from the public, Carson and his wife did not mind sharing a few photos from the occasion. The black-and-white images showed that the couple's kids actively participated in the vow exchange.

WHO ARE THE DALY KIDS?

Carson has his hands full, being a staple on TV and the pop culture world, but he does know when to drop everything to take over his more pressing role as a dad. The media star is a dad to four children, Jackson, Etta, Goldie, and London.

His eldest kid is Jackson, whom he welcomed with Siri in 2009. During Jackson's birth, the couple announced that they had welcomed a healthy 7-pound baby boy through a representative.

Presently the youngster's growth sprout is gearing him towards a bright future. Jackson has shown interest in his dad's field and has appeared on NBC Nightly News Kids Edition.

Carson's second child is Etta Jones, who was born in 2012. Etta's birth was announced on Facebook, with her parents reveling in the love they felt. The preteen hasn't made any major TV appearances, but she loves to spend time with her beloved dad.

London Rose is Carson and Siri's third child, and she was born in 2014. Although through Today, fans got to know London was a "warrior" at birth, her dad gushed over "the poise, grace, and strength" during delivery. Carson added about London's birth:

"We thought this was going to happen [earlier] and it didn't. It was a long couple days of waiting."

Goldie Patricia is the family's baby, and she was born in 2020. The little one's arrival helped Carson relish his life as a busy father who would not have it any other way. Carson and Daly are not ready to stop making babies with four kids in the family.

The star has revealed that he and his wife want more and are willing to have "as many healthy kids as God blesses them with." Despite his busy life, the "The Voice" anchor has realized that he is a family man at heart and being home with his family is his happy hour.
