The third "Fantastic Beasts" film focuses on Professor Albus Dumbledore, played by Jude Law, as its protagonist. A dark wizard named Gellert Grindelwald, played by Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen, opposes Law's character.

The film has sparked excitement among fans, especially with the arrival of Mikkelsen's fascinating character. Mikkelsen, 56, recently took over the Grindelwald role after Johnny Depp exited the iconic franchise.

Warner Bros., the company behind the latest Fantastic Beast franchise, previously dropped Depp on the film following his controversial libel case against the tabloid newspaper The Sun. On replacing Depp, Mikkelsen noted it was "tricky" and said:

"There has to be a bridge between what Johnny did and what I'm going to do. And at the same time, I also have to make it my own."

In playing Grindelwald, Mikkelsen appears far more popular with critics than Depp. According to Kirsten Acuna of the Insider, the Danish actor slipping into Depp's role came very naturally.
