The performer called out fans' "rude" behavior in a now-deleted tweet. She tweeted that while playing back her performance, she realized that the football fans were singing their teams' anthems so loud.

The songstress expressed her frustration because she worked hard with her team to "give a good show." The delays agitated the fans as they wanted the highly-anticipated match to start.

The Real Madrid and Liverpool game was delayed by more than 30 minutes due to a rowdy tear gas incident outside the venue and ticketing complications, with fans venting their rage on Cabello.

Mendes and Cabello met in 2014 when they both opened for Austin Mahone's Live On Tour. The following year, they sparked dating rumors, which worsened when they released their first song together.
