The TV series ran from 2017 to 2019 and had a cast full of stars, including James Franco, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Lawrence Gilliard Jr. The story is set in New York during the 1970s and 1980s and tells the story of the legalization and rise of the adult-film industry.

The second spot is for the 2014 mini-series "Olive Kitteridge." Starring Frances McDormand and Richard Jenkins, the Emmy-winning show follows a middle-school math teacher and her 25-year marriage to her husband.
Speaking of fantastic love stories, Kazan has one with Paul Dano.
THE TRUE STORY BEHIND ZOE KAZAN'S MOVIE "THE BIG SICK"
"The Big Sick
" tops our list of Zoe Kazan's top 6 movies and TV shows. Starring Kazan, Kumail Nanjiani, Holly Hunter, and Ray Romano, the romantic comedy film is loosely based on Nanjiani's real-life relationship with his wife, Emily V. Gordon.
Shortly after Nanjiani and Gordon (the film's writers) began dating, she was put into a medically induced coma and diagnosed with a rare systemic auto-inflammatory disorder called Still's disease.
During those dreadful days, Nanjiani realized he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Gordon (played by Kazan in "The Big Sick"). They tied the knot a few months after Gordon woke up in 2007.
ZOE KAZAN WORKED WITH HER BOYFRIEND PAUL DANO IN "RUBY SPARKS"
Speaking of fantastic love stories, Kazan has one with Paul Dano, her "Ruby Sparks" co-star. She wrote that movie script out of a feeling of creative compulsion rather than a desire to showcase her abilities.
After reading the main character's description, Dano believed it was him and asked if the script was for them. Kazan said yes, but she had not really thought about it until he brought it up.
Kazan and Dano met while rehearsing for the 2007 play "Things We Want." They keep most details of their romance under wraps and secretly became parents in 2018. What a talented couple.
