JLo & Ben Affleck Plan For 3-Day Wedding at His Georgia Estate That He Tried to Sell for $8.9M
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are readying up to continue celebrating their love at the actor's Georgia Estate, following a lavish escape to Paris for their honeymoon. The celebrations come only a month after the couple wed in a private Las Vegas midnight ceremony that was 20 years in waiting.
"Justice League" actor Ben Affleck and his new wife "I'm Into You" singer Jeniffer Lopez have waited 20 years to be together after a failed engagement in the early 2000s, and they do not take the chance for granted.
The pair plans to hold the 3-day lavish ceremony at "The Man About Town" actor's Riceboro estate in Georgia this weekend. The event, which family and friends will attend, will start with a rehearsal dinner on Friday, a ceremony on Saturday, and a barbeque and picnic on Sunday.

Affleck intends the celebration to be about his new wife, who will reportedly don a custom couture Ralph Lauren dress made in Italy.
Those expected to attend are some of Affleck's closest friends, including Drea de Mateo, Jimmy Kimmel, Matt Damon, and Affleck's brother Casey. While the rest of the guest list remains undisclosed, Lopez's children, Emme and Maximilian, with ex-husband "You Sang To Me" singer Marc Anthony will be in attendance.
Also expected to attend are the singer and actress's mother, Guadalupe, her father, David, and her friends Renee Zellweger, Jane Fonda, and Leah Remini. Their choice of venue is sentimental to both bride and groom as it was the designated venue of their wedding 20 years ago.
The ceremony will come only a month after the pair tied the knot in a low-key ceremony at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The two wed on July 16, 2022, following a three-month engagement. At the time, a source told Us Weekly that the pair loved each other so much that they did not find a reason to wait any longer.
They wanted to become man and wife, and they made it happen with the "Love Does Not Cost A Thing" songstress sharing the details of their secret nuptials in her "On the JLo" newsletter. She wrote according to Us Weekly:
"We did it. Love is Beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient."
She also shared her excitement at finally having the wedding that she and Affleck had always wanted. She revealed that she and her beau had dreamed about that kind of wedding for a long time and were thrilled it had finally happened.

The lovebirds were first linked together in 2001 after appearing on "Gigli." After a whirlwind romance, they got engaged in 2002 but unfortunately broke things off in 2004, with the actress and singer citing the split as her "first real heartbreak."
Lopez explained her pain in her 2014 novel "True Love," saying that the split felt like her heart had been torn out of her chest. To find healing, she sought comfort in the arms of singer Marc Anthony, who she married in 2004 and divorced in 2011.
Years later, she reconnected with the one that got away and rekindled their old flame in May 2021 after the singer broke up with then-fiance Alex Rodriguez.
THE VENUE OF THEIR BIG WEEKEND CELEBRATIONS

The pair will celebrate their second wedding ceremony at Affleck's Georgia home. Located in the coastal town of Riceboro, the 6,000-square-foot historic mansion sits just outside Savannah and along the North Newport River.
It is a four-bedroom and four-and-a-half-bathroom house with two additional smaller properties — a cottage and a guest house — on the grounds with extra bedrooms.
The entrance to the two-story main house has bold columns and a grand set of stairs leading to the foyer. The primary residence, nicknamed the "Big House," comprises 15-foot ceilings, plaster moldings, beautiful pine wood floors, and several grand arch fireplaces.
It also features a sprawling central room, kitchen dining, and a gentleman's study, while the guest cottage house, also known as "Oyster House," boasts 10,000 square feet of living space surrounded by stunning glass.
It features five bedrooms — three suites and two with a bunk bed setup, with the bunk beds made out of salvaged merchant sea ships.
The third main property on the estate is the camp-style "Summer Cottage," which has a large living area and deck made especially for holding outdoor parties on the North Newport River.
According to Variety, the home sits on an island boasting a golf course and equestrian establishment. The publication also reports that the actor purchased the house in 2003 when he and Lopez were still dating and had to pay $7.11 million.
In 2018, the actor listed the house for $8.9 million but reduced the price by 15 percent, hoping to sell it for a cool $7.6 million.

The stunning property will be home to the most anticipated celebration of the month this weekend as Affleck and Lopez celebrate their second wedding ceremony. The festivities will come only weeks after the pair returned from their honeymoon in Paris, France.
Following their Vegas elopement, the pair jetted to Paris, where they enjoyed numerous fun activities in the city of love. They also tagged along with their kids — Affleck's daughters Violet and Seraphina, with Jennifer Garner, and Lopez's twins, Max, and Emme, with "When I Dream At Night" singer Marc Anthony — for their post-nuptial vacation.
They spent their romantic getaway visiting various destinations, including Micromania, a video game company, the Musée de l'Orangerie art gallery, Sephora beauty store, and Sennelier, an art supply store.

They could not keep their hands off each other as they enjoyed the breathtaking sights from a vintage yacht, where they later relaxed as the boat floated atop the Seine River.
During the trip, the family also celebrated Lopez's 53rd birthday. Her new husband treated her to a shopping spree at Dior and dinner at Girafe restaurant near the Eiffel Tower.
They then left Paris before traveling to Italy for the UNICEF concert in Capri, where Lopez performed in a show for Ukrainian relief. They followed that up with a trip to New York accompanied by their blended brood.
