The documents stated that Faeth "would further show that all hopes of reconciliation are exhausted," and the former spouses could no longer "successfully live together" as husband and wife.

Faeth also requested that the court makes an "equitable division" of the pair's marital property and debts or an agreement on how to divide their assets.
