Singer-songwriter Alan Jackson also paid tribute with a tear-jerking performance that left everyone in attendance with teary eyes. He graced the stage with his performance of "Where Her Heart Has Always Been."

Besides the emotional lyrics and melodies behind the song, it was also sentimental to him as it was the song he wrote for his mom's funeral in 2017. Jackson explained the meaning behind the song in a behind-the-scenes video released in 2021, saying:

While Jackson initially wrote the song for his mother, it was an incredibly befitting tribute to Lynn as she was almost like a mother to Jackson. She had seen potential in him when others were not so sure he would amount to anything.
