He studied at their faculty in Wrocław and graduated in 1998. The actor and director then studied theatre directing at Hessischen Theaterakademie in Frankfurt, Germany, and graduated in 2004.

Years after graduation, he has staged several Polish plays such as "Pustynię," "Kamienie w kieszeniach," "Nic co ludzkie," "Ostatni taki ojciec," "Interpretacje," "Pod celą," and "Lizystrata," among others.

Witt-Michałowski founded the InVitro Prapremier Stage in Lublin and has received several awards for his works. While in Germany, he was a scholar of the "Carl Zum Aufgehenden Licht" organization.

He received the Golden Badge of the Minister of Justice, a distinction at the 14th National Competition for the exhibition of Polish contemporary art, and a first special prize at the 10th National Festival of Theatres Independent in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

In addition, he received the Mayor of Lublin Prize for cultural diffusion. He was given the "Man of the Year" award by the Dziennik Wschodni journal and Scholar of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

Witt-Michałowski is also vocal about works of theatre and supports his girlfriend. After the "365 Days" movie series premiered, there was a review about the plot, and he disagreed with the reviewer. He wrote:

"Reviewing a film is one thing, and statements about the methodology of the process and work with the actor are another."

After his response, he agreed with another review by a different writer and congratulated his girlfriend, one of the movie stars, for her debut.

Sieklucka has carefully kept her personal life away from the media. She had reportedly met him while they were in school in Wrocław.

Since their relationship began, she had only posted one picture of Witt-Michałowski in 2020, when she reportedly celebrated their first anniversary.
