Meanwhile, a Los Angeles court judge signed a divorce document in October 2008, stating that the couple's divorce would be effective in February 2009. Kattan and Tutt divorced due to "irreconcilable differences."

There were no details provided about the former pair's settlement. Tutt's lawyer also stated that the fashion model received a low-six-figure sum following the divorce.
