Muniz made a name for himself following his role as Malcolm in "Malcolm in the Middle." The Fox series propelled the actor into a career filled with award nominations and wins, which was just the start of his multi-faceted professional life which also saw him become a professional race car driver.

Muniz met Price in 2016, and with a shared passion for acting, it didn't take long for the couple to get hitched. Although his and his wife's road to parenthood was not smooth sailing, Muniz went from playing a gifted son on-screen to having a son of his own.

Frankie Muniz's Wife Is Former Model and Actress Paige Price

After growing up in a small town in southwestern Pennsylvania, Price started her modeling career when she was 18. She changed her last name when she became a model and won the Miss Classic Kumite title in 2013. From 1983 to 2001, Price also appeared in various movies and TV shows.

After three years as a model, Price set her sights on golfing when she was offered a job following her 21st birthday. She left her dreams of becoming a forensic pathologist behind and began hosting segments for a golf network and attending majors to interview players.

When he met his future wife at the Frank Sinatra 100th anniversary invitational, Muniz had already placed his acting career on hold.

Despite the success of "Malcolm in the Middle," which aired from 2000 until 2006 and co-starred Bryan Cranston, Muniz left Hollywood in 2006 to avoid taking a turn for the worse and to try his hand at other skills. He said:

"So many people go down a bad path, whether it's drugs, alcohol – whatever it may be... whereas for me, I've always been super focused on what I was currently doing because I wanted to be the best at whatever I was doing. And that's how I am."

After becoming a professional race car driver, Muniz competed in various championships from 2007 to 2009. After joining a band, he toured worldwide and had a window of opportunity to reflect on his life as a young actor, which left him grateful.

After Muniz and Price's relationship began in April 2016, he proposed in November 2018 at the Lantern Fest in Casa Grande, Arizona. The New Jersey actor took to social media to share a handful of pictures from their special day, which included the couple kissing under a night sky filled with lanterns.

That same year, they purchased a store in Old Town Scottsdale and sold premium olive oils and aged balsamic vinegar.

The couple adopted a hands-on approach to their business as first-time store owners; they spent long hours keeping track of inventory, bottling, labeling, and selling their products, stacking shelves, and offering customers tours of their store.

Muniz shared that he was a numbers man, and while Price was in charge of their shop's Instagram and website, he had developed a love for handling the payroll and finances. However demanding, it was something the couple enjoyed. Muniz shared:

"We were looking for something to do together. We live and breathe this store right now. It's the only thing we have time for. But we love it."

Frankie Muniz and Paige Price Eloped a Few Months before Their Wedding

In 2019, Price and Muniz found time to put their work lives aside as they exchanged vows during a private ceremony on October 3. The couple hiked up Camelback Mountain at sunset and, in front of three guests, said, "I do."

In black outfits, the couple posed in front of a rocky background as Price clutched an arrangement of colorful flowers. They eloped while undergoing renovations at their home, which took nearly two years to complete.

After enjoying the intimacy of a private ceremony, Price and Muniz also hosted a wedding for all their friends and family at their home.

A fire broke out during their wedding ceremony

However, Muniz joked that there was no way he was having his floors scratched and moved the wedding from their newly-renovated home to an event space in Phoenix ten days before the big day. While speaking about his wedding day, Muniz shared:

"I always thought it was such a cliché for people to claim their wedding day as the best day of their life– like maybe it was something they had to say. No, my wedding day was literally the best day of my life."

The bride and groom chose to get ready together before entering their ceremony hand-in-hand in front of 40 guests. They skipped out on having a party and decided to bond with those closest to them over a five-course dinner, which included steak and sea bass.

Their chances of being parents were slim.

However, Price and Muniz's wedding day proved to be one for the books after a fire broke out during their wedding ceremony. Price's choice of dry florals and candles led to 10-foot flames after some of the flowers were knocked into a candle.

"Everyone was screaming," Muniz said, but also shared that the fire was tamed, and they could resume as planned. Although Price and Muniz's wedding was something they threw together in 10 days– and the bride almost ran out of time to find a dress– it was still a "magical" experience.

In honor of their anniversary, Muniz shared a picture of himself and Price celebrating their anniversary with a family picnic at Rattlesnake Cove on October 3, 2021.

On September 27, 2020, Muniz shared a short clip announcing that he and Price were expecting their first child, even though their chances of being parents were slim. In the Instagram video, Price can be heard saying:

"When we found out that we were expecting, I think we were both in a state of disbelief. We knew that we wanted this, but we were told that our chances weren't that great... we beat the odds."

The excited couple announced the gender of their child on October 12, 2020, with a picture of them sitting in front of gold balloons that read "Baby boy." Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and Price's high-risk pregnancy, the couple did not have a baby shower and chose to err on the side of caution.

On March 22, 2021, at 11:15 a.m., Price and Muniz welcomed their son, and they both took to their social media accounts to share pictures of their bundle of joy.

"Finally making my dream a reality. This one is for my son and showing him that you can always chase your dreams."

After walking away from the race track a decade ago, the former "Malcolm in the Middle" co-star said that while he hoped to achieve success on the race track, he was also pursuing a personal victory of achieving one of his most important goals.

Returning to the world of racing also allowed Muniz to set an example for his son, who would grow up watching his father making his dreams his reality and working hard to do so.
