Vanna White's son Nikko Santo Pietro is a born and bred Angeleno but a country boy at heart. The artist with a green thumb's wanderlust has taken him all over Europe and the US.

A misadventure with a group of graffiti artists in Nikko Santo Pietro's youth had the artist experiment on canvas instead. His mom, Vanna White, calls him her "country boy," but his sister Gigi Santo Pietro is a city girl to a fault.

The "Wheel of Fortune" hostess' eldest child has a multitude of descriptors: organic farmer, abstract artist, artisanal baker, fitness fanatic, world traveler, and beloved son.

Nikko Santo Pietro Has Been Interested in Art since He Was a Kid

Following a miscarriage, Vanna White and George Santo Pietro welcomed their firstborn, Nicholas John Santo Pietro, on June 10, 1994, in Los Angeles, California. Around seventh grade, he fell in with a crowd that included graffiti artists.

He realized it was not his scene when he woke up with his legs covered in spray paint, much to White and his school's distaste. Nikko left the group but kept the tools of the trade to create his works of art with spray paint on canvas in the garage.

The young artist was always drawn to the abstract, getting in trouble in 11th-grade art class for his splattered work when the assignment was a portrait. He sells his artwork and takes commissions online.

In May 2019, he embarked on a backpacking adventure in Europe, making stops in France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, and Austria, ending on day 80 in Prague, Czech Republic.

His extensive social media travelogue exhibited his budgeted approach, using coach surfing and volunteer opportunities where possible.

During 2022, Nikko bulked up from 138 lbs to 166 lbs, exceeding his goal of gaining 25 pounds of muscle per the About section of his website. He prides himself in never doing anything "half-baked" and always giving "110%" with anything he goes into.

Nikko Santo Pietro Now Works with "the Largest Distributor" of Specialty Produce in the US

For seven years after high school, the painter stepped away from his easel to put his energy into the renewal of another passion. Nikko grew up in a household that believed in growing their own food, which gave the student an excellent foundation to change his business major to agriculture.

Studying online afforded the green thumb the freedom to get practical experience in organic farming on an herb farm in Oregon. His next challenge was taming a property taken over by the jungle in St. Thomas. During his 10-month stay, he created vegetable gardens and planted fruit trees.

For the next few years, he helped a friend establish an orchid and apiary on a remote farm in Missouri. Long before the sourdough craze of 2020, Nikko was selling his loaves online at the start of 2019 on the now-defunct Nikkosbread.com.

Oregon State University awarded Nikko a bachelor's degree in agriculture summa cum laude in 2020. He also previously completed a permaculture design certificate in 2018 and received an advanced certificate on the same subject a year later.

Out of college, he took the role of Business Development & Special Projects Manager at Melissa's Produce, an LA company that distributes produce and value-added goods globally.

According to their website, Melissa's are "currently the largest distributor of specialty produce in the United States." The company takes its name from its founders, Sharon and Joe Hernandez's daughter.

Nikko Santo Pietro's Sister Gigi Santo Pietro Is a Tattoo Artist

Giovanna "Gigi" Santo Pietro, born on July 2, 1997, studied photography and imaging at the Tisch School of the Arts. Just before she graduated in 2019, White revealed in an interview that her daughter might go into magazine photography but hasn't decided on a career path yet.

The former actress wished fans a happy holiday at the end of 2022 with a Holiday card with her beau and kids.

Gigi found her primary art medium as an apprentice at a Huntington Beach, California, tattoo studio that same year. She has developed a clean style of black and white body art, pictures of which now dominate her Insta grid.

Gigi is a walking tribute to the art of tattooing, with nearly a full sleeve on her right arm. The artist works out of a tattoo parlor in Venice Beach, LA, Lincoln Tattoo Company. She explained why she's good at her craft:

"It’s love that keeps me going. I LOVE what I do. It keeps me up at night. I work hard towards my craft so that I can give you the best tattoo. Thanks."

White dotes on her "precious daughter." Gigi and Nikko have often visited their mom on the "Wheel of Fortune" set, making their game show debut together on the 27th season on the TV staple in 2010.

Nikko Santo Pietro Is the Son of the Famous Vanna White

White married George Santo Pietro on New Year's Eve, 1991. The couple reportedly met at a dinner in Studio City. Though their relationship ended in divorce in May 2002, the parents of Nikko and Gigi are said to be on civil terms.

The "Wheel of Fortune" co-host almost remarried businessman Michael Kaye. Since 2012, she has called John Donaldson her husband, though the pair has not made it legal. The former actress wished fans a happy holiday at the end of 2022 with a Holiday card with her beau and kids.

George is a successful businessman and restaurateur who could once call Warren Beatty a neighbor. Before meeting the mother of his children, he dated "Dynasty" actress Linda Evans.

According to a news report, his Beverly Hills villa went on the market for $50 million in 2007, eventually settling for less than half the original selling price three years later.
