Jason Kidd's Wife: The Famous Coach Has Been Happily Married to Porschla Coleman
Jason Kidd's wife, Porschla Coleman, quit her career as a model to join her husband in running his foundation after the couple met in the 2000s. Porschla Coleman became a stepmother to Jason Kidd's children, whom he welcomed during a relationship that ended due to domestic abuse allegations.
Jason Kidd's ex-wife, Joumana Kidd, came into his life three years after he was drafted into the NBA in 1994 and hit the ground running. He quickly became one of the most respected point guards in the game; however, off the court, he and Joumana were in a tumultuous relationship.
After years of he said, she said with Joumana, Jason found love again with Porschla. The couple has been happily married for over a decade and welcomed three children in addition to the kids they brought with them into their relationship.

Porschla was an ordinary student at Hollywood High School when a modeling agency, Front management, scouted her. At 17, she relocated to New York City and kickstarted her career as a successful model.
In 2003, she was one of the finalists on "Star Search" and appeared in Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's former reality TV show, "Khloe and Lamar," as well as "The Morning Blend." However, following her relationship with Jason, she left the modeling world behind and joined his philanthropic foundation.

Porschla holds the position of Executive Director of the Jason Kidd Foundation, a non-profit her husband started after over twenty years in the NBA. Jason said:
"My goal is to create an elite basketball program for female athletes where they will flourish and achieve their dream of a college scholarship. I want to empower these young, strong women and provide them with opportunities that might not be available to them otherwise."
In addition to devoting her time to philanthropy and working closely with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Porschla started her own children's clothing company named after her son, Chance.
After joining Twitter in 2012, she has amassed over four thousand followers and describes herself as a wife, mother, and designer. Although she rarely posts on the social media platform, Porschla has taken to Twitter to share glimpses of her life, including family vacations to Europe and her support for Jason's career.

Jason & Porschla Have Been Together for over a Decade and Have Three Kids
While it is unclear how Jason and Porschla met, the couple was fresh out of previous relationships when they crossed paths in 2008. While Porschla came into the relationship with a son, Jason came into the relationship with three children from his first marriage.
Jason and his ex-wife welcomed Trey, Jazelle, and Miah before they went their separate ways. After meeting Jason, Porschla gave birth to their first child, their daughter Noah, in January 2010.
Jason and Porschla were engaged for over a year before exchanging vows on September 10, 2011. Six years later, Jason welcomed his sixth child— including his stepson, Chance— in November 2017.
Jason was coaching the Milwaukee Bucks when he had to hand over the reins to his assistant coach to be present for the birth of his second daughter with Porschla, Cooper Anne.
Jason Kidd Was Married Before: Inside His Stormy Relationship with Joumana Kidd
On February 21, 1997, Jason married Joumana, an actress and journalist from California. Born on September 28, 1972, Joumana obtained a Bachelor's Degree from San Francisco State University in Speech and Communication with a minor in Cultural Communication.
According to officials, Jason admitted to hitting Joumana following an argument. However, that was not the first incident of aggression.

She gained over twenty-five years of experience in the show business after kickstarting her career as a TV host. In 2009, Joumana hosted the TV show "Xtreme Games Mashups" and tried her hand at acting.
She first appeared in "Third Watch" in 1999 before landing roles in "The Heyman Hustle" in 2009 and "Vamp U" in 2011. The following year, Joumana revealed that her relationship with Jason prevented her from advancing her career. She said:
"I don't want to say I got blackballed, but it looks like you're not driven when you turn down work because your husband has a home game."
Jason filed for divorce from Joumana in 2007, claiming she was "emotionally unstable" and "installed tracking devices in his car." In her counterclaim, Joumana accused Jason of infidelity, drinking excessively, and abuse following his 2001 arrest.

According to officials, Jason admitted to hitting Joumana following an argument. However, that was not the first incident of aggression, as Joumana revealed that the abuse had started before the former couple tied the knot. In 2007, Joumana accused Jason of hitting her as well.
In his divorce petition, Jason also accused Joumana of being abusive and "increasingly controlling and manipulative." According to Joumana, she spent five years raising their three children alone, and she shared:
"People that I never would have thought abandoned me and the kids. I kept thinking everyone was going to be in one room and jump out and say, 'Surprise! We were just kidding.'"
Following her nasty split from Jason, Joumana documents her life on Instagram and shares pictures of the ex-couple's children— including their son who, like Lebron James' son, followed in his father's footsteps.
From sharing photos from her trips around the world to giving fans a glimpse of her close-knit family, Joumana is regularly on Instagram. However, she made headlines again in 2022 when she fell victim to a serial scammer who swiped more than $1 million from her bank account.
The scammer, Tracii Show-Hutsona, faced up to twenty years in prison and admitted to using the money she embezzled from Joumana to fund stays at luxury hotels, buy jewelry, and splurge at nightclubs.
