Jeremy Renner Shares Recovery Update Following Snowplow Injury: 'Whatever It Takes'
"Hawkeye" star Jeremy Renner shocked a colleague when she saw him moving around so soon after his accident. The Oscar nominee showed in his Instagram stories that he prioritized his mental health by working through Mark Nepo's "The Book of Awakening."
Jeremy Renner also demonstrated in his stories at the end of February 2023 that he does "whatever it takes" to aid his rehabilitation, tagging the app Technogym in a rehab image. The actor has kept fans updated on his recovery.
In a social media post on January 21, 2023, with an image of of physical therapy, he wrote that his morning workouts and New Year's resolutions have all changed since his freak accident, thanking supporters for their well-wishes and "thoughtfulness" for his family.

Jeremy Renner Underwent Surgery to Repair His Injuries
Jeremy Renner suffered "blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries" in a snowplow accident on his property near Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe on January 1, 2023. He was airlifted to a Reno hospital, where he had extensive surgeries for his injuries.
"Rennervations" is an upcoming four-part reality series.
A few days after the incident, the actor shared a message from his hospital bed, even though he was "too messed up now to type," sending love and appreciation to his following.
Jeremy Renner's Injuries Didn't Stop Him from Working Just as Hard
On the poster of the second season of "Mayor of Kingstown," the star shared in December 2022, he eerily has bloody gashes on his face. The season was released on January 15 on Paramount+, and its leading man has honored his social media commitments to promote the show.
The star teased a first look behind-the-scenes of his new show, "Rennervations," on Disney+ in a February 15 post. He quipped:
"Thank you for your patience … while I am in the shop now, working on me. "
"Rennervations" is an upcoming four-part reality series that will see Renner, a "construction aficionado" per the press release, travel around the globe to expose people to unique purpose-built vehicles.
The "Captain America: Civil War" actor is passionate about the "highly creative fabricator culture" and hopes to empower and inspire others to participate.
His colleagues from the Marvel Universe, Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly, told the media that they have been in touch with the actor. They were promoting their new MCU film "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania."
Lilly said she got goosebumps when she saw the injured Renner move around his house when visiting him. The actress had expected him to be bedridden.
