Maddie Brown Shares Her Postpartum Journey Weeks after Giving Birth to Third Child

Kody Brown's daughter Maddie Brown welcomed her daughter recently. After announcing her pregnancy in July 2022, Maddie's father has not been present to support her and has remained silent after the birth.

Three weeks ago, Maddie Brown of "Sister Wives" welcomed her third baby. She was already a mother of two. She had her son Axel Brush five years ago and her daughter, Evie Brush, three years ago with her husband, Caleb Brush.

Maddie disapproves of how she handled her previous postpartum and wants to do things differently this time. After giving birth to Evie, the TV star found herself fixated on losing weight at the expense of proper nutrition and wants to do the opposite after her February birth.

'Little Miss Joey' Joined the World in February

Maddie, now a mother of three, welcomed her third child Josephine Lee Brush—also known as "Little Miss Joey"—on February 10 this year. Her newborn became the second daughter in her family and was delivered a healthy baby weighing eight pounds and nine ounces.

Maddie broke the news on Instagram, posting a photo of her light-pink-draped baby with an endearing expression on her sleepy face. The mother of three wrote, "Welcome to the world, Josephine Lee Brush!💚" in the caption, followed by widespread congratulations and well wishes from fans in the comments.

The prospect of a third child was announced on Instagram at the end of July Last year. Maddie shared a picture of her older children; all smiles as they embraced each other, wearing T-shirts that said "Big Sister" and "Big Brother."

Maddie posted another photo in December showing off her baby bump with ten weeks of pregnancy remaining. The reality TV star had a lot on her plate during the final weeks of her pregnancy, and she hoped—with high anticipation—that the remaining weeks would be cut short so she could meet her little one sooner. She wrote in an Instagram post:

"Stuck between a place of panic because we have so much to do in the next 10 weeks. Also hoping maybe for maybe a short 8 weeks so we can meet this baby girl and I can have my body back." [sic]

With all of the celebrations going on in the Brown family after the arrival of their newest family member—and a couple of Labradors—Maddie's father remains out of sight. He has been missing from any family action for a few months and did make his presence felt through some important family moments lately.

It is no secret that there are disagreements between Kody and some of his 18 children, like Paedon Brown's disagreement with Kody's Polygamous lifestyle choices. Maddie's father, famed for having many wives, lost his third, Christine Brown because she felt Kody favored the wife that came after her.

The TV star continues to post on Instagram; however, nothing is associated with his newest descendant or Maddie. The lack of support from Maddie's father does not seem to hold her down, as her Instagram, on the other hand, has been gleaming with happiness and love.
