Kasie Hunt Shares Two Children with Matthew Mario Rivera
In 2019, Matthew became a first-time dad with the birth of his son, Mars Hunt Rivera. At that time, the doting parents revealed that their child was born weighing nine pounds and eight ounces.
Mars' birth was a special moment for the couple, who had no idea of their baby's gender beforehand. The duo also revealed that their newborn sneezed so loud that it could be heard from the hall.
While being first-time parents was undoubtedly a memorable moment in their lives, the birth of their second child made for a good story. In March 2023, Matthew delivered his daughter, Grey Hunt Rivera, on their bathroom floor.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Kasie Hunt detailed the sudden birth of their daughter after 13 minutes of labor and before they had a chance to call 911. Grey came 24 hours before her scheduled due date via C-section. Kasie said:
"Grey was born at home, early Wednesday morning, after 13 minutes of sudden labor — before there was even time to call the paramedics. Dad sprang into action and delivered baby Grey on the bathroom floor."
The parents of the two were incredibly grateful to the 911 operators and first respondents who walked them through the intense moments following Grey's birth. Following her sudden natural labor, Matthew's wife was transported to Sibley Hospital in Washington.
