Bert Kreischer Opens up about Fatherhood & Being a ‘Regular’ Dad Raising His Kids

While he is a confident comedian performing shirtless who fans have come to love, Bert Kreische is also a doting father to two girls. The famous comedian often takes to social media to share about his daughters and revealed that humor runs in the family.

Before becoming a comedic star with a popular Netflix show, Bert and his wife LeeAnn welcomed two daughters. The couple raised their girls in a neighborhood where the comedian is seen as another "regular" dad, and he admitted meeting other parents through his daughters was his favorite part of being a parent.

However, as Bert's daughters grew up and went to college, and his success saw him always working, he admitted to seeing his girls less and less.

Bert and his wife welcomed their daughters Ila and Georgina in 2004 and 2006, respectively. In July 2022, he took to Instagram to celebrate one of his daughters on her sixteenth birthday and humorously captioned the post of his teenager pulling funny faces, "This photogenic child turns 16 today..."

In 2018, Bert shared a picture of him and his other daughter posing for the camera, and he sweetly revealed, "Love this kid more than I love myself, which says a lot!!!" And for Valentine's Day in 2020, the comedian treated his wife and girls to matching velvet Velour tracksuits.

As the photo featured his wife standing sandwiched between their two daughters, Bert shared in the caption that he had driven from the Valley to Venice and back for the gifts, but it was all worth it. "Velour Tracksuits for Valentine's Day for all three of my girls," Bert captioned the post.

Not only do Ila and Georgina feature on their father's social media, but they're also the inspiration behind some of his jokes. During one of his shirtless performances, Bert shared a funny story about all the nicknames his daughters and wife had for him, including "fetus" and "Chonk."

However, after coming across a secret group chat one night during dinner, the audience erupted in laughter when Bert Kreische revealed that Ila, Georgina, and their mother had been referring to him as "Baby Walrus" for two years. During another joke, Bert shared more about his daughters' humor when he told a funny story that saw him spend $500 on a snow machine.
