John Stamos's Photo with Late Bob Saget Brought Back Memories for 'Full House' Fans
John Stamos always remembers his loving friend from "Full House" Bob Saget. He recently shared a touching throwback Thursday post on Instagram, and his fans were there to reminisce with him.
John Stamos, who famously stars in "Full House" as Jesse Katsopolis, recently shared a throwback photo with two of his fellow castmates from the 80s and 90s TV series. The picture was touching as it was the day John's co-stars met his then-newly born son Billy Stamos.
The "Full House" trio looked happy as they shared a moment with Billy. The post has exceeded 130,000 likes since it was posted several hours ago, and the comment section has become flooded with supportive messages.
John wrote, "#Tbt Meet and greet with some of my favorite people," next to the picture of himself, Mossimo Gianulli's wife, Lori Loughlin, and now-deceased actor Bob Saget. Lori underwent a period where she stayed away from television after being accused of being involved in a college admission scandal in 2019.
The actress made a comeback in 2022 with more wholesome coverage, giving back to needy communities. Bob, also pictured in John's post, sadly lost his life last year as he was found lifeless in a hotel room in Orlando. Although it is known that he died due to head injuries, what collided with his head remains unknown.

The post was met with a warm reception from John's fans, who empathized with the loss of his dear friend Bob. "I wish this picture was from today," a netizen wrote. A different fan added they still could not believe Bob was gone since it felt like a part of their childhood died with the actor.
Another fan wrote, "Love the way you look at Bob with such love. Such a beautiful memory you get to hold onto. Thank you for sharing it with us." Similar to John, one fan spoke about how much they missed Bob. They also reflected on how the show had got them through childhood trauma.

John always remembers to honor Bob and pay tribute to his legacy. The actor continued the memorial on his co-star's death anniversary, January 9. He shared a touching Instagram post in which he wrote an emotional message directed at the deceased actor. John wrote:
"'The most lost day in our life is the day we don't laugh'. It's hard sometimes Bob without you, but we'll try. We'll keep loving and will keep hugging just like you want us to. I can't believe it's been a year, time flies when you're grieving I guess."
The actor attached an old video of himself and Bob on the "Full House" set. In the video, the pair spoke to the live audience about their intense relationship and talked about how they love each other and had not fought in the six years they had worked together before that.
During an interview with LA Times last October, John spoke about his approach to life, revealing that he did not care if he died. Speaking about his deceased friend, John said that his heart broke because Bob did not get to see the amount of love the public shared.
John was previously married to Rebecca Romijn from 1998 to 2005. The actor remained unmarried until 2018 after splitting from his first wife. He then tied the knot with Caitlin McHugh, and they have been living a happy life with the actor's only child.
