'Not a Fan': Ryan Seacrest Debuts New Hairstyle & Fans Weigh In
Ryan Seacrest has sported different looks over the years and added a new hairdo to the list. However, after the television host debuted his new hairstyle on Instagram, fans were of divided opinions.
In a recent Instagram post, Seacrest put his culinary skills to the test as he prepared a "simple Sunday brunch," but it was his new hairstyle that caught the attention of fans. Seacrest's signature brown locks appeared longer and curlier on the top as he sported a shaved look on the sides.
Some social media users were fans of Seacrest's new look, with one person commenting, "Looks yummy. Like your new hairstyle. Will miss seeing you on live. You always made me laugh. Good luck!! (sic)." Another person shared, "Love this hair. Those curls," and a third wrote, "I like your hair!"
However, other social media did not like Seacrest's new look. "Did you get a perm?" one person asked, and another wrote, "Not a fan of shaving the entire side for a haircut. It will grow back fast..." A third commented, "What's up with the new haircut? Sort of 'different,'" followed by a thumbs-down emoticon.
When it comes to his hair, Seacrest has not been shy about asking his fans for their opinions. In 2017, he shared a side-by-side before and after of his fade and part haircut and captioned the Facebook post, "Finally got that "etch" haircut. Whatcha think?"
In 2022, he showed his humor after poking fun at a throwback picture of himself with longer brunette locks and blonde highlights. "The hair. The fit. Some things should never be reunited," Seacrest captioned the post in part.
And this year, during an episode of his show "On Air with Ryan Seacrest," the media personality set the record straight about whether or not he dies his hair after welcoming his hairstylist of nearly twenty years on the show, who revealed, "I can honestly say there is one, possibly two... but yeah, he is so lucky. No gray hair yet."
It is not only Ryan Seacrest's hair that has seen a change but his professional life too, as it was announced that he would be leaving "Live with Kelly and Ryan." Following Seacrest's departure, the former co-host's girlfriend, Audrey Paige, dedicated a sweet message to her man. "I am so excited for this next chapter of your life and our life. May it be filled with total presence, joy, and relaxation in every single moment. The best is yet to come," the post read in part.
