Alec Baldwin Professes Gratitude to Wife Hilaria for 'Everything' in Sweet Post

Alec Baldwin revealed he had much to be grateful for after sharing a throwback picture with his wife, Hilaria Baldwin. The actor and his wife have been married for over ten years, and she stood by his side when Alec faced criminal charges.

In a recent Instagram post, Alec shared a pixelated photo of him and his wife in a loving embrace and revealed, "I owe everything I have to this woman. (and to you, Luke)." Alec's gratitude to Hilaria—and his lawyer — comes after the actor's criminal charges were dropped. In January, Alec was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter after the gun he was holding while filming a movie discharged, killing one person and injuring another.

Baldwin pleaded not guilty to the charges and maintained that he did not pull the trigger on the prop gun. And in April, Alec's legal team released a statement announcing that all criminal charges against him had been dropped after new evidence reportedly emerged.

Hilaria has stood by her famous husband's side throughout the entire ordeal. Following the news of the charges being dropped, Hilaria took to Instagram to share a picture of herself curled in her husband's lap as he rested the side of his head on hers. She simply captioned the sentimental post with a red heart.

Before the charges against Alec Baldwin were dropped, he and his family were a picture of a united front as he, Hilaria, and their seven kids posed for a photo in honor of the actor's 65th birthday. "A photo of our wildness, just as we are. May this year bring you peace, health, and happiness. We feel lucky to be by your side…through all of it. Happy birthday, Alec—we love you," Hilaria captioned the post.

In February, Hilaria shared the same blurry picture of her sitting in the "Pearl Harbor" star's lap and revealed, "12 years ago, this night, we met. What a journey we have had... But here we are…still standing. In it with you, Alec… I'm here; we are here…never alone..."

However, while the couple was still in the thick of the legal battle, Hilaria Baldwin confronted paparazzi, who she claimed "escorted" her children to school and were there when they left school. "So please, leave my family in peace and let this all play out. Let my kids come home, and you stay away from them. Because they ask me, 'Mommy, what are these people doing?' and it's a very hard thing as a mom to try to explain," she said.
