"Dallas" star Leigh Taylor-Young thrilled social media fans when her only son, Patrick O'Neal, shared a photo of her alongside her new husband. On February 17, 2023, Patrick took to his Instagram account, sharing two images at a golf course.
The first picture showed him standing to the left of his mother while her new husband was next to her on her right. In the image, the 78-year-old "Peyton Place" actress looked incredible with red lips and the same radiant smile her fans had come to know.

Patrick's second photo showed him leaning against a giant gold ball while others walked behind him. In his post's caption, the actress' son explained that he ran into his mother and his stepfather on the course, with one of Taylor-Young's fans commenting:
"She hasn't changed. Beautiful!"
The celebrity and her husband had been traveling the world, bringing light into people's lives. Reaching a point where the "I Love You, Alice B. Toklas!" star had found the right person to share her life with was a long and challenging road.
How Did Leigh Rise to Stardom, and How Many Marriages Did She Have?
Taylor-Young had her sights on a professional acting career when she relocated to New York, with Sanford Meisner training her. She found stardom when she was cast as Rachael Welles in 1964's "Peyton Place," a television soap opera.

Taylor-Young's role as Rachel was to bring about information on Mia Farrow's character Allison MacKenzie's disappearance, but she left the show abruptly. Sadly, Taylor-Young got some bad publicity when she left the series after only one season.
On top of that, she also started a relationship with Patrick's father and her co-star on the show, Ryan O'Neal, who was still married to Joanna Moore at the time. The actress and O'Neal tied the knot in 1967 after he divorced Moore.

By the time O'Neal married Taylor-Young, she was already pregnant with Patrick — an actor who later became a sportscaster. In 1971, the actress separated from O'Neal, after he reportedly cheated. Their divorce was finalized three years later, but they remained close.
Taylor-Young disappeared from the spotlight while raising their son, and in 1978, she married her second husband, Guy McElwaine. Her second marriage also ended in divorce, and the star was later ordained as a Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness (MSIA) minister.
The celebrity did voice-over work for The Course in Miracles training and audio meditations for the Search of Serenity series. Besides her religious work, Patrick's mother also appeared in some movies, including 2002's "Slackers" and in her third husband, Craig Sheffer's film, "Ritual."
Taylor-Young married Sheffer in 2003, and their shortlived union concluded in divorce the following year. Luckily, the actress' days of finding love weren't over, and this time, the man would be aligned with her religious beliefs.
Who Is Leigh's Current Husband of More than a Decade?
In a profile on Taylor-Young, she was asked what she'd say to someone just starting their religious journey. The star said she'd advise them to love God with their mind, body, soul, and heart, and whatever came should be followed as love awakened them.
The celebrity believed love would awaken everyone if they were open to the journey. She urged them not to try creating it but to have the willingness and love to listen as it would guide them "with impeccable perfection."
On the John Morton Ministries website, it was revealed that Taylor-Young was the vice president of the organization. It was shared that she and John Morton, her fourth husband, had traveled worldwide, administering to people through workshops and seminars.
The Emmy Award-winning star and her husband wished to use their faith to enlighten and awaken others spiritually to create a better world. Morton's wife, and the founder of MSIA and her spiritual teacher, John-Roger, also worked together.
Patrick [O'Neal] said his daughters [Veronica De Mornay-O'Neal and Sophia De Mornay-O'Neal] had always been amazing but were "top-notch" as adults.
The actress, an ambassador of MSIA, had a growing devotion to spiritual awareness and used her creativity and self-expression to work on her ministry.
Taylor-Young fell for Morton at age 68 and married him on January 1, 2013. They lived in Westlake Village, California.
From her Fox Broadcasting sportscaster son, the actress was blessed with the expansion of her family. She and O'Neal became grandparents through their only son, whom they dote on endlessly.
Leigh's Two Gorgeous Grandchildren
Although Taylor-Young only had one child, Patrick blessed the family with two beautiful daughters, Sophia and Veronica De Mornay-O'Neal. The sportscaster from Los Angeles, California shares his two children with his former older partner, Rebecca De Mornay.
Judging from Patrick's February 2023 golf course post, he, his mother, and his stepfather have a close bond as they seemed relaxed in the Instagram image. In June 2020, he shared a photo of his daughters, who are now adults.
Taylor-Young's son revealed that in the image, they were at the Los Angeles Zoo in Griffith Park. "It does not get any better than this," he confessed, proud to see the "great people" Veronica and Sophia had become.
Patrick said his daughters had always been amazing but were "top-notch" as adults. The picture included the three of them smiling as one of the girls held their pet dog.
In December 2021, Patrick shared an image of his family gathering for Christmas, which included his mother and stepfather. Patrick was front and center in the family picture as the rest smiled behind him. Fans also got to see his cat, parts of the meal, and the lovely home where everyone gathered.
