Johnson gave birth to twin girls just five months after ending her short-lived marriage to Brittney—she was 24 weeks pregnant at the time. The children, Ava Simone and Solei Diem were born prematurely on October 12, 2015.

She shared cute pictures of the twins on her Instagram page and requested prayers from fans, noting that her babies were fighters like her.

A few months before Johnson welcomed her twins, she had requested spousal support from Brittney. However, the judge declined her request. Still, the judge's decision didn't seem to affect her, as she said she felt relieved that the situation was coming to an end.
