Trevor Wallace & One of His Girlfriends Met Through Instagram - Facts about His Dating Life
Actor Trevor Wallace has been tight-lipped about his dating life but once candidly opened up about a devastating breakup with his former girlfriend, who was his "first love."
Wallace is a well-known stand-up comedian, widely famous on the internet, with a collective of 1 billion views across his social media channels.
Wallace has been featured on MTV, E! News, Comedy Central, Buzzfeed, Business Insider, The New York Times, Complex, and The L.A. Times.
The California native previously worked with brands including Natural Light, Wetzel's Pretzels, Monster Energy, Snickers, and Chipotle, to name a few.
Wallace has toured nationwide, performing at comedy clubs and colleges, and has had two sold-out nights at the Gramercy Theatre in New York. In April 2020, he was voted the finalist for Best Comedy at the Shortly Awards.
The internet sensation has 3.71 million followers on YouTube, where he shares his sketches, including one titled "The Tour Guide Who Can't Get Over His Ex" and "How Guys Flirt During Quarantine."
As for his personal life, Wallace prefers keeping details of his romantic relationships private (much like fellow comedian Shane Gillis). However, he has casually shared some nuances of his love life on some podcasts.
Still, he seemed too cautious to freely speak about his dating life during his appearance on one podcast last year and had to whisper on a microphone to state his relationship status at the time.
He has alluded that in the next few years, he wants to see himself settling down by owning a house and taking dating seriously, adding he would like to have a family.
Trevor Wallace Recently Broke up with His First Love
On October 11, 2022, Trevor Wallace appeared on the "Trash Tuesday" podcast and confessed that he was single (similarly to fellow stars Kim Petras and Meagan Good) after breaking up with his girlfriend. Although they were no longer together, the pair remained amicable and could perhaps try again in the future, as he clarified:
"She's still a good person. We're still on good terms. I talked to her yesterday."
"Things were going good. There's so much of what the scheduling is like. She worked office hours, and I was doing stuff and then stand-up at night," Wallace revealed.
He opened up more about his breakup during his appearance on the "TigerBellyClips" podcast on February 7, 2023, and disclosed that his former girlfriend broke up with him, and when asked why, he answered, "Life."
The pair had lived together, and in the month leading up to the split, she was living at a friend's house. When they met on that fateful day, she told him, "This is not working," and he cried. The breakup left him devastated because she was his "first love."
Three years ago, Wallace felt indifferent about love. While appearing on the "Stiff Socks" podcast in 2019, he admitted that he had never had feelings for a girl.
Wallace divulged he witnessed his friends experiencing heartbreak but that he had never reached that point in his dating life. "I've never had that heartbreak break before, so I don't know if I've ever been in love."
However, he stated he would like to be in love before referring to his pals' relationships. Wallace revealed he used to see the "behind-the-scenes" of his friends being all lovey-dovey with their girlfriends online, only to start fighting once they got home. He would hear all their disputes.
That was when he realized that he did not need that kind of experience in his life. But with all that said and done, he does hope to find love in the future.
Trevor Wallace Has Been Seeing Different Girls since the Breakup
On October 28, 2022, Trevor Wallace appeared on the "No Jumper" podcast and discussed where he saw himself in the next five years. He revealed he wanted a home and to be with someone he could share his success.
Wallace had been seeing different women but admitted he still felt alone. After a long-term relationship, he found it difficult to open up to people he was casually seeing.
The YouTube star has a funny dating story. One time, a girl he had been chatting with came to see him at Hollywood Improv, and he was living between apartments at the time.
They went out together, and she asked him to drop her off at a friend's house. She provided the address, and while driving to the destination, he realized he was taking her to his pal Cherdleys' home.

He saw her picture on Instagram and liked it before liking two more. The writer then noticed that she went to college in the same place they were living, California.
When they got together for their first date in 2017, the girlfriend revealed she found Wallace attractive. The lovebirds had their first date in Santa Monica on a rooftop.
"It was a solid date; I'm not going to lie. We had a pretty good flow. Like, we're both pretty witty and like made each other laugh," said Wallace's then-lover. They went on ten dates within two years before becoming an item.
In addition, in May 2022, a Twitter user revealed on the platform that Wallace's partner got him free tickets to his show. The user posted a picture of the ticket, including one showing Wallace onstage.
The caption reads: "Trevor Wallace's girlfriend, who I've known for years, got me free tickets for last night to his show at the Observatory after I told her I ran into him yesterday, and she even got me backstage to meet him—such a fun night.

The girlfriend in the sketch, Nina, then appears and tells him to stop showing up. He then tells her that their relationship could have prospered while choking up.
