Benjamin Norris & His Girlfriend Carolyn Gilroy Are Now Engaged - Facts about Her

Benjamin Norris' girlfriend-turned-fiancee is Carolyn Gilroy, whom he has been dating for years. The pair got engaged a year ago and tend to dedicate sweet posts to each other online.

Benjamin Norris has been dating his girlfriend, Carolyn Gilroy, for several years. He gushed about her on social media in January 2020.

Norris posted pictures on his Instagram featuring his friends and him and Gilroy. One snapshot showed the happy couple gazing into each other's eyes while beaming.

"Ringing in the new decade with some people that I love," the producer captioned the post. In the photo, he wore an all-black outfit, while Gilroy rocked a green silk dress with a slit.

In March 2022, Gilroy went from being Norris' girlfriend to his fiancee. She shared a picture of him proposing on his one knee on the roadside.

It remains unknown when exactly Benjamin Norris and Gilroy started seeing each other, but the first post of them together dates back to October 27, 2019.

The two posted the same photo of them together on their Instagram pages celebrating Halloween in their costumes as Rand and Nance.

Norris captioned his post, "Heck Yes, Nance and Rand love Halloween.” While Gilroy penned on her page, "Randy and Nance were a real hit at the Halloween party this year."

For the New Year in 2020, Norris wrote online that he was entering a new decade with the people he loves, and the first picture shows him and Gilroy with his arm wrapped around her.

Norris and Gilroy got together in 2020 and during a July 2020 interview, he was asked what he had been up to amid quarantine, and he revealed:

"My girlfriend and I moved in together the day the shutdown happened on March 16. It's been really interesting. It's made us stronger, and we've been having a great time. [...] The two of us have been going to the park every now and then, anything that we can do to stay sane and a lot of cooking."

Norris proposed to Gilroy in March 2022 and shared the special moment with his Instagram followers, posting a picture of him on his one knee outdoors while his loved one leaned in. He penned:

"I hope Liam Neeson isn't around because she's taken."

Like him, Gilroy works in show business as an actress and producer. She is known for movies including "Pacific Rim" (2013) and "Nightcrawler" (2014).

Gilroy's recent project is her stint in the Emmy Award-winning series, "Abbott Elementary," where she appeared in episode 1 alongside actor Tyler James Williams and Quinta Brunson.

Norris revealed he never considered acting until he enrolled at Temple University's School of Theatre, Film, and Media Arts in 2008.

Following his graduation in 2012, he landed the role of Trent in the show, centered on the first-generation Indian-American teenage girl with a complicated life.

Besides acting, the Los Angeles-based actor is also a writer and a producer who focuses entirely on comedy. Norris also makes funny videos which he shares on his Instagram page.
