Henry Olyphant Was a Sports Fan as a Child – Facts about Timothy Olyphant's Son
After nearly a decade of marriage, Timothy Olyphant and his wife decided to grow their family and welcomed three children, including their only son, Henry Olyphant. Despite his father's fame, he has led a private life. However, his dad has humorously opened up about his kids during interviews.
From playing a professional killer in "Hitman" to the perfect man in "Catch and Release," Timothy Olyphant has made a name for himself on the Hollywood acting scene for his impressive acting range.
However, before the glitz and the glam, Timothy Olyphant was an ordinary college kid when he met his wife, Alexis Knief. He met her while he was studying at the University of Southern California in 1991. And that same year, the college sweethearts tied the knot.

Henry Olyphant and His Siblings Were Born Eight Years after Their Parents Married
Although they were quick to the altar, Henry's parents took their time when it came to welcoming children. After officially becoming Mr. and Mrs., eight years passed before Alexis gave birth to their eldest daughter, Grace.
In 2001, they went from a family of three to four when Henry was born. Timothy, Alexis, Grace, and Henry were later joined by the youngest of the Olyphant family, second daughter Vivian, who was born in 2003.
Henry took after his mother and led a private life, unlike his sisters, who have careers in the public eye. However, that has not stopped his father from sharing about their close father/son relationship.

Henry Olyphant and His Father Share a Close Bond
Over the years, Henry and Timothy have bonded over their love of sports. In 2014, the actor disclosed that he had been taking Henry to Clippers games for several years, with Henry's favorite activity being spotting the cotton candy guy. Timothy added:
"It's fun when your kids reach a point when you can actually start talking about things."
Although Henry didn't follow in his father's footsteps and pursue a career as an actor, that didn't stop him from being a fan of his father's work, particularly his dad's voice acting in the video game "Call of Duty." "He's like, 'Dad, it's awesome,'" Timothy shared.

Henry Olyphant's Father Revealed He and His Sister Were Very Needy Children
During his appearances on Ellen DeGeneres' popular TV show, Timothy also spoke about fatherhood's "demanding" and exhausting aspects. "They just need," the actor said of his kids to a laughing Ellen and the crowd.
During an interview, Timothy shared that one of his friends was expecting. And to accurately explain parenthood, the actor humorously used the analogy of continuously calling his friend in the middle of the night, not saying anything, and then hanging up. "Oh, and by the way, in between my calls, you're wondering if I'm dead," Timothy added.

However, as Timothy and his sisters grew older, while they might have become less needy, their opinion of their dad stayed the same. "They still don't think I'm cool," Timothy admitted.
And although the actor has jokingly revealed that three children are one too many, Timothy couldn't help but gush about Timothy and his sisters. "... they're good kids. It's not lost on me that a blink of an eye and they won't be around to complain about." The actor jokingly added:
"...I think I've gotten used to them. It's pretty clear to me at this point that we are keeping them."
