Holding the car's door, he peeked inside the vehicle, smiling at his wife of 10 years, Camila Alves. They had a short conversation before he helped her exit the vehicle to join him.

Alves posed with her husband for the paparazzi, dressed in a pink floor-length dress with a back scoop neckline, while he gently held her by her waist.
After posing for the cameras, McConaughey walked toward his screaming fans while his wife waited behind. The actor smiled as he signed autographs for multiple fans who were starstruck to see him in real life.

Some fans offered the actor blank sheets, while others had printouts of his photos. They only wanted the "Magic Mike" star to sign his name for them, as they screamed his name to get his attention.

Meeting the then-24-year-old Alves made McConaughey realize she was the girl he had been looking for. He met her at a time when he had stopped looking for women, unaware that he would soon fall in love with her.

"We have a love that we never question," the actor said in an interview about finding the perfect partner in Alves. One source revealed that the model "likes roughing it," and would go hiking for days without complaining or showering.

He stayed with her throughout the labor period, even when she fainted because of the painful contractions.

Alves had planned to deliver her son through natural childbirth, but the doctors were forced to perform an emergency C-section after she failed to push the baby out. Even then, she felt scared for her baby's life.

The mother of three remembers how the doctors were trying to find Levi's heartbeat to no avail. Feeling dazed by anesthesia, she knew something was wrong, but the medical professionals eventually realized the baby was fine.
