- They have been together for over two decades and married for 13 years – yet they remain happily in love.
- Days before their 13th wedding anniversary, the couple made a rare public appearance in Santa Monica for a date night out with their friends.
Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart were an unlikely duo when they first revealed their relationship to the public. Still, they've proven all their doubters wrong with their undying love for one another. They got married on June 15, 2010, and have been going strong since.
Just days ahead of their 13th wedding anniversary, the Fords were spotted out on a dinner date with their friends in Santa Monica. The couple left home to dine in an Italian restaurant with their friends, looking happily in love as always.

The "Star Wars" actor had his arm around his lovely wife as they spoke with a few friends on the street and walked side-by-side in their color-coordinated outfits.
Ford opted for a gray button-down top, a pair of denim pants, and shiny black shoes. Meanwhile, Flockhart looked casually chic in a loose black cardigan and a pair of flared baggy jeans.
Their rare public appearance came after the 76th Annual Cannes Festival in May, where they melted their fans' hearts. At the time, Ford showed appreciation to his wife and her lovely gown while posing for pictures in their hotel room before heading to the event.
Ford became an instant meme – and they knew it! His loving stare, while his wife posed for pictures, was enough to have fans raving about their relationship.
During the event, Ford was presented with an honorary Palme d'Or Award, where he also thanked his wife for all she's done for him. "My life has been enabled by my lovely wife," he said.

Celebrating Two Decades of Love
The two actors have been together since 2002, after first meeting at the 59th Golden Globe Awards. Ford was 60 years old then, 22 years older than the then 38-year-old actress.
Before their relationship, the "Indiana Jones" actor had been married twice and already had four children. And while the two have no biological children together, Flockhart was already a mom to Liam, a son she adopted the year before they began dating. Ford embraced Liam as his own and adopted him.

Through the years, they've chosen to keep their privacy by keeping their family out of the spotlight. However, the one thing that the Fords enjoy doing together is flying. The actor is passionate about flying planes and has obtained his own license.
Through the years, Flockhart has shown Ford just how much trust she has in him – she loves flying, and most of it is because she trusts her husband to keep them safe in the air.

On Valentine's Day 2009, Ford asked for Flockhart's hand in marriage. They were on a family vacation with their son Liam when he popped the question.
A year and a month later, they got married in an intimate ceremony in New Mexico. Ford was filming "Cowboys and Aliens" at the time, but that didn't stop him from taking some time off for his new wife.

On March 5, 2015, the world was stunned by the news of Ford's sudden plane crash. He had gotten into several over the years, but in 2015, he crashed into a Los Angeles golf course and needed to stay in the hospital to recover.
In January 2023, Ford talked about potentially doing a movie with Flockhart, saying they'd love to find one they could work on together.
Then 72, Ford recuperated while Flockhart stayed right by his side. Months after the crash, Ford was back to flying again. "He loves it, so I love it, and I support him 100 percent," she said at the time.
Despite that, Ford revealed that his wife no longer flies in vintage planes with him after the crash. She chooses to fly in newer planes, as the previous crash with a vintage plane was difficult for their entire family.
In August 2020, Ford and Flockhart marked a milestone in their son Liam's life when they dropped him off at college using Ford's private plane.
As empty nesters, the lovely couple has remained each other's dates in movie premieres and other Hollywood events in more recent years.

For the past two decades, Flockhart devoted her time to raising their son Liam. She's slowly transitioning back to work, especially with Liam now an adult who no longer needs parental supervision.
Just this year, Ford and Flockhart showcased their everyday love when Flockhart got off a private plane. They shared a kiss while Ford loaded Flockhart's things in the trunk of their car before heading home.

Aside from the many things going on in Ford and Flockhart's lives, they recently celebrated their son Liam's college graduation. The proud parents gazed at their son as he received his diploma from Amherst College.
The lovely family posed for pictures together after the ceremony and even visited a local Farmer's Market, where they circled the stores and chatted with a few store vendors. Many were stunned by the warmth and friendliness of the famous Hollywood actor.
