Despite what other people may think, the singer has been open about her weight fluctuations throughout her career and was also honest about her use of injections.
Why Did Sharon Osbourne Lose So Much Weight?
Back in May, Sharon did not specify which weight loss medication she was taking, but she revealed that she lost 30 lbs in four months. The mother of three admitted that the journey was not smooth despite the quick results.

"The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever," admitted the talk show host.
After revealing her secret, she showed off her new figure in a blue suit with white boots and a red scarf as she left a hotel in London ahead of King Charles III's coronation.
Sharon also said that she had stopped feeling nauseous and had been back to eating normally without regaining the eight.
Meanwhile, Dr. Thomas Su spoke about the weight loss trend. Su said it was not always a good idea for people to take weight loss pills because, more often than not, they regain the weight fast once they are off the medication.
According to the doctor, such medication is not used for dieting, but its usually to help people with high blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes to manage their weight.
Back in 2020, Sharon was candid about her weight fluctuations. She said she gained 10 lbs during the pandemic, which was a lot for her. "So, I started walking yesterday. … This is it now. I've got the bug. I'm on it," she added.
Sharon is also a colon cancer survivor. In 1999, she underwent gastric surgery, which helped her lose 100 lbs. But even though she looked good, she felt guilty for surgically losing weight.
Aside from the ups and downs Sharon has experienced with her body, she believed the root of it all was her unhealthy relationship with food, which all began when she was a teenager.
Sharon Osbourne Opens Up About Her Bulimia
Sharon might be happy and stunting her new figure, but she admitted that she struggled with bulimia, a compulsive eating disorder, for decades.
The mother of three believes she would probably never be rid of bulimia. "It's much more under control, but food for me will never be easy," she admitted.
She thought the problem would go away after her gastric surgery, but she found herself falling into the same pattern of eating until she felt sick.
Sharon compared her eating disorder to the drug addiction that her husband, Ozzy, also struggled with for years. She said she used food as a shield and as a way to protect herself from rejection, thinking, "You'll never want me; look how fat I am. I'll be the fat, funny one."
Besides the gastric surgery, Sharon has also been honest about her cosmetic surgeries. "Facelift, neck, breasts. Lips, leg lifts, bum implant, tummy tuck. I've had it all, and it is fabulous," she said. These multiple procedures have cost her about $250,000.
Throughout her hardships, Sharon said her husband never left her side and loved her at all stages. After all her work on her body, she also realized she had come to a point where she loved herself.
Ozzy and Sharon share three children, daughters Aimee and Kelly, and their son Jack. Kelly was also honest about her struggles with her weight in 2020 and about undergoing gastric surgery and an additional fat removal procedure that helped her jaw look thinner.
The "Fashion Police" star has also learned to love herself and is currently basking in the joys of motherhood with her boyfriend, Sid Wilson.
The Osbourne family has been open about their lives since their famous reality TV show, "The Osbournes," and continues to share some of their hardships with their long-lasting fan base.
