"Wow, did u guys adopt this sweetie in picture one?" a well-wisher enquired. "When did you have another? How did I miss this???" one fan wrote on Sunday, while another tried to figure out the math, "4? I thought they had 3."

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's New Baby Born Five Months after His Sister

The "Cravings" author shared the birth of their son on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, in a detailed history of their pregnancy journey, beginning with how she always wanted four kids.

Wren Alexander Stephens was born just before midnight on June 19, 2023, via a surrogate who has become close to the family. Chrissy had given birth via C-section in January to Esti Maxine Stephens.

Two months after Esti's birth, Chrissy spoke about her work with the Cord Blood Registry and being a mom of three to multiple publications but did not mention their fourth tot on the way.

"But three is comically difficult because you're so outnumbered, and it's so ridiculous."
