Gracie McGraw Gets Real about Body Image & Self-Love in Inspiring Message
Gracie McGraw has dealt with weight fluctuations in the past and, as the daughter of a famous singer, receives criticism from social media users. However, she is learning to love herself more and recently shared a positive post about body image.
Gracie McGraw's body image is getting better with time. She recently posted her thoughts on accepting her body and loving herself for who she is.
Admittedly, Gracie sometimes has a negative perception of her body, and when she masks her self-hatred in false confidence, it only makes matters worse.
However, Gracie is trying to become kinder towards herself. "These days, I'm trying to practice more and more outward self-love and appreciation for my body and mind," she said alongside a photo of herself.
Gracie is not shy to express her feelings online. Previously, she revealed in a post that wearing a bikini was uncomfortable for her until recently. As seen in Instagram posts, the young woman has learned to embrace herself and is now proud of her figure.
Fans praised Gracie for being true to herself and being a "positive influence" on her Instagram followers. "Thanks for always being real," one social media user said.

During an appointment with her doctor, Gracie realized that her condition may have contributed to her weight issues. So, as prescribed by the doctor, they tried medicines that would regulate her body. She said:
"The medicine I'm taking has given me a body I haven't had in years (maybe ever?) in a good way, though."
Gracie McGraw is Tim McGraw's eldest daughter, who is also a talented singer. After spending most of her life in Nashville, she attended college at New York University. She later moved to Los Angeles to try acting.
