Savannah James' Parents 'Always Opened Up Their Doors' to Those in Need – Facts about JK & Jennifer Brinson
Despite her fame, Savannah James' parents, JK and Jennifer Brinson, have led lives out of the public eye. However, their well-known daughter has opened up about her parents' kind-hearted charity and thanked her mother for "everything" she did for the James family.
The world knows and loves Savannah James for being LeBron James' wife. However, Savannah James has proved she is a multifaceted individual. In addition to being an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and Instagram personality, LeBron James' wife is also a loving mother and daughter.
Savannah James' parents, JK and Jennifer Brinson, taught their daughter that charity begins at home, as their youngest child watched her parents take care of those around them. Savannah James and her parents have since maintained a close relationship, and the basketballer's wife dedicated a sentimental Instagram post to her mother.

Jennifer and JK Brinson Inspired Their Daughter's Philanthropy
After her husband resigned from the Cleveland Cavaliers, Savannah, and her family returned to their home state of Ohio, where the basketballer's wife became more involved in philanthropic endeavors. However, Savannah prioritized charity within her household, and she revealed:
"If they had something going on at home, or they just needed a safe haven, my mom and dad always opened up their doors."
JK used to work at Akron Paint & Varnish Engineered Coatings, and Jennifer is a nurse. The couple, who already had four children by the time Savannah was born, often took in less fortunate children and sometimes their kids' friends.

Savannah James Was Nervous to Tell Her Parents about Her First Pregnancy
Jennifer and JK's daughter met her future husband when she was sixteen and a cheerleader at a rival school. LeBron asked Savannah out to a basketball game, but she knew they had something special when he returned to give her her leftovers from their first date at Outback Steakhouse.
In 2003, the Cleveland Cavaliers selected the basketball player in the NBA draft, and during LeBron's rookie year, he and his wife found out they were pregnant. JK and Jennifer's daughter said:
"I was thinking, 'What am I going to tell my parents? What's going to happen to his career?' I was very scared. I was bawling. But he said, 'It's not going to slow me down, and it's not going to slow you down. We're going to keep doing what we have to do.'"
It all worked out in the end, as Savannah is now a proud mother to three children, and her first pregnancy did not affect her husband's legendary basketball career.
Since becoming a mother, she revealed that her mom played a significant role in helping her family. In 2017, Savannah took to Instagram to celebrate her mother's 60th birthday with an adorable snap of Jennifer with her granddaughter, Zhuri.
Savannah celebrated her mother's birthday again in 2019 and shared, "Happy Birthday Mom!!! 💕🎉🎂🎈Thank you for everything you've done for me and my family!! Love you!!😘"
