Blanca Clemente Is Álvaro Morte's Wife Who Lives a Life Away from Media Spotlight
Álvaro Morte's wife, Blanca Clemente, may not be a public figure, but she has a passion for the arts like her husband and stays away from the glitz and glamor of his career. The lovebirds recently secured a lucrative deal with Sony Pictures Television through their theater company.
Spanish-born actor Álvaro Morte joined the film and TV industry in the early 2000s but only committed to a full-time acting career much later in the decade. His first leading role was in the crime thriller series, "Planta 25," playing Ray between 2007 and 2008.
He appeared in several Spanish TV shows in the following years, earning another leading part as Adolfo Castillo in "Bandolera" in 2012 and Lucas Moliner in "El secreto de Puente Viejo" two years later.

But the role that raised Morte to international heights is El Professor in the critically acclaimed crime series "Money Heist," opposite actress Úrsula Corberó. The award-winning show aired between 2017 and 2021, after which he moved on to "The Wheel of Time" with Rosamund Pike, Daniel Henney, Josha Stradowski, and others.
And while he captivates viewers worldwide onscreen, Morte is a doting father and husband off-screen with his wife, Blanca Clemente. Although he has taken care to protect his family from the spotlight, he occasionally shares glimpses of them online.

Álvaro Morte and His Wife, Blanca Clemente, Co-founded 300 Pistolas
Morte and Clemente were dozing off to a classical play when the idea for jointly establishing a theater company emerged. Pondering about how boring age-old theater productions often were and the weight they carried, which repelled audiences, their mission became clear.
"The objective was to recover the classics in an innovative but honest way, authentic although without artifice and reaching the viewer in a clear and direct, fresh and entertaining way... Close!!" Morte wrote on the company's website.
"The result? A wonderful mix that generates a total connection between the public and the performance," the actor concluded. In May 2023, news broke that he and Clemente closed a years-long deal with Sony Pictures Television, which will see them transitioning to creating onscreen productions.
