LeAnn Rimes' Children: The Singer Once Said She Considered Having Kids of Her Own
LeAnn Rimes and her husband, actor Eddie Cibrian, have been married for over a decade and have yet to welcome kids together. However, while the singer said she had her hands full with her stepchildren, she admitted to getting baby fever occasionally.
LeAnn Rimes has reached the age of 40 without welcoming any children despite admitting that she occasionally caught a case of baby fever and has left the door open to having children in the future.
Instead, the singer has put her all into her successful music career and being a doting mother and wife. Following her second wedding, LeAnn Rimes became a stepmother to her husband's two sons. However, the singer revealed she wasn't fond of the word 'step.'

LeAnn Rimes Admitted to Being Open to the Idea of Having Kids of Her Own Someday
In 2018, Rimes opened up about possibly expanding her family with Cibrian and said she sometimes had a case of baby fever. The singer added:
"I'm trying to figure out what it is that stirs it. I haven't figured that out yet, because every once in a while, I'll be like, 'What is making me want a baby, like, right now?' I haven't figured that out yet, but it hasn't stuck. Maybe one day."

LeAnn Rimes Mended Her Relationship with Her Stepchildren's Mother
In 2011, Rimes and Cibrian said "I do" in front of their friends and family during an intimate ceremony in California. They married two years after the actor filed for divorce from the mother of his children. He was married to former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" — co-starring Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, and Garcelle Beauvais — star Brandi Glanville.
And during her appearance on Spencer and Heidi Pratt's podcast "Make Speidi Famous Again," Glanville revealed that she and Rimes had squashed the tension between them. "We just kind of had it out about what is right, what is wrong, what's better for the kids, and what bothered me and what bothered her," Glanville said.
LeAnn Rimes on Loving Her Husband's Kids like Her Own
Cibrian and Glanville are proud parents to two sons, Mason and Jake, and in 2011, Rimes opened up about stepmotherhood and revealed that she was not a fan of the word 'step.'
The singer revealed that she does not see herself as a stepmother and loves Cibrian and Glanville's boys as if they were hers. For the singer, she sees a family as a family, without the 'step.'
LeAnn Rimes Shares a Close Relationship with Her Stepchildren
After nearly a decade of back and forth between him and his ex-wife regarding co-parenting, Rimes's husband revealed that the blended family had finally found a rhythm. "It's been great," Cibrian said. As for her relationship with Jake and Mason, Rimes shared:
"[...] By hanging out with my stepsons, I get a chance to be a kid again. It's crazy, but I feel like I get a chance to play at age 31, like jumping on a trampoline."
In addition to being able to relive her childhood through her stepchildren, Rimes's close bond with Jake and Mason included them contributing to her Christmas album in 2015.
Jake and Mason have also become regulars on their famous stepmother's Instagram. In November 2022, the singer, her husband, stepsons, and family gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving. And in April 2023, Rimes shared a throwback of Jack in honor of his 16th birthday.
On June 2, LeAnn Rimes shared a black and white snap of Mason, whom she called a "handsome man" in honor of him turning 20. On June 18, Rimes captured her, her husband, and her stepsons' trip to the Rogue River in Oregon in honor of Father's Day.
