Bullock, who is a mom to son Louis and daughter Laila, said Randall was a good role model for her children. Even so, she said she did not feel the need to marry him, adding that she was already a divorcee. She further stated:
" [..] I found the love of my life. [...] It's the best thing ever."
Why Bullock Did Not Want to Remarry
Bullock was previously married to Jesse James from 2005 to 2010, and they divorced after five years of marriage. She explained in the December 2021 interview why she did not want to wed again:
"[...] I don't need a paper to be a devoted partner and devoted mother."

The "Speed" star and Randall reportedly started dating in January 2015. They later attended Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's wedding that same year.
But their relationship faced a hurdle in late 2022 because of their clashing views on marriage. Randall reportedly wanted to get hitched, while Bullock felt indifferent about it.
Apart from dating the veteran Hollywood star, Randall was successful in his own right. Per reports, he was worth around $3 million and owned a photography company.
His famous girlfriend Bullock described him as "very Christian," adding that although they were not always on the same page regarding certain things, he was a good father figure for her son and daughter. Randall and the mother of two never had children together. However, he had welcomed a daughter from his previous relationship.
Bullock Paused Her Career for Her Kids
Bullock had adopted her son Louis long before she met Randall. However, with her second child Laila, she adopted her when their relationship was still in its early stages.
The "Birdbox" star revealed her love was supportive when she told him she would bring another child home even though they had not been a couple for long.
Bullock divulged Randall was both "happy" and "scared" about the decision but that he stuck it out and became a doting dad to the kids.
In March 2022, the loving mom revealed she would be going on an acting hiatus to tend to her kids for a while. At the time, she said she was unsure how long she would be away from Hollywood but needed to be "in the place that makes me happiest" — at home with her children.

Bullock admitted she gives her job her undivided attention "24/7," but now she wanted to switch roles. "[...] I just want to be 24/7 with my babies and my family."
The producer adopted Louis in 2010 at just three months old. Five years later, in 2015, she adopted Laila from a foster home in Louisiana. With both her kids being black, Bullock admitted she wishes she had the same skin color as them because people would approach them differently.
